Assertive body language - Fun exercises and activities
Stop! Think! Go! - A safety strategy that can be used in any tricky situation; the children will get a chance to explore their own dilemmas and the consequences of different responses.
Helping hands - Children identify their personal network of supportive adults they can turn to if they feel unsafe or worried.
This 2hr workshop is delivered to 8 - 12 children after school at various schools and community venues.

84% of children said Safety Net has helped them to make and keep friends. (Out of 158 children in Nov ‘11) Out of 50 children that were worried about transition at St. Andrews school in Hove, 46 improved their score after a short workshop. 93% of children said they feel more confident since working with Safety Net. (Out of 159 children in Nov ‘11) Over the summer holidays Safety Net will be running sessions to help year 6 children prepare for going up to secondary school.
