Delivery Partnership Group This group provides advice and guidance on the development, implementation and delivery of services provided by the Integrated Team for Families. It oversees all aspects of operational practice including monitoring and reviewing the results, impacts and outcomes of the Integrated Team for Families work.

It is made up of representatives from the following services: Children’s Social Care (BHCC) Community Safety (BHCC) Integrated Team for Families management Housing (BHCC) Probation Integrated Team for Families Monitoring and Performance Officer Schools and Communities in Children and Families (BHCC) Skills Training UK (for Progress programme) Stronger Families Stronger Communities Lead Commissioner TBC - Adult Social Care Representative TBC – Children’s Social Care Operational Manager TBC – YOS Offending Service Operational Manager TBC – Any Community & Voluntary Sector organisation in future contracted to work with the programme • Sussex Police • Youth Offending Service/RU-OK (BHCC) • Youth Service (BHCC) • • • • • • • • • • • • •

Management Information and Infrastructure Group Responsible for delivering data in support of family identification and ongoing monitoring against the four programme criteria and against Value for Money standards The group leads on information governance for the programme, developing robust advice with partners and the council’s legal and data protection teams.

From January 2013 the group will assist the SFSC Programme Board in identifying longer term technology/design options for better supporting multi-agency professionals in their work with families, ensuring connections are made to other infrastructure projects elsewhere.
