Fast Facts Summer 2022 Registration: To register for Summer Program classes, visit 7hills.org/Summer. After you register, the following forms will be sent to you via email • Emergency Medical Form • Immunization Form (Honeybee program only) • Authorized Pick Up Form • Swimming Authorization Form (Stingerbee program only) • Emergency Action Plan (if applicable)
All forms must be submitted prior to the program start date.
Payment: A $50 per program deposit is due at the time of registration. All deposits are nonrefundable. You may pay via credit card or check.
Early Registration: February to April, with final payment due May 1, 2022 Late Registration: May to August. Full payment due upon registration
If payment is not received by above dates, your child may lose their spot.
Location and Field Trips: Most programs are held on The Seven Hills School’s
Hillsdale Campus at 5400 Red Bank Road. For programming that takes place off site, permission slips will be required. Certified van and bus drivers transport children for all off-site programs.
Placement Requests: We are unable to accept requests for placement in a particular Honeybee, Stingerbee, or Create Your Summer group.
Cancellation: Programs may be cancelled due to insufficient enrollment by
Seven Hills up to two weeks prior the program start date. In this instance, a full refund will be issued, including the $50 deposit. Families may cancel their Summer Program enrollment up to two weeks prior to the start date and receive a full refund minus the $50 deposit. If the cancellation occurs within two weeks of the first day of camp, both the program fee and deposit will be forfeit.
Discount: A 5% discount applies if your child is registered for four or more weeks per summer.
Waitlist: Many popular programs have waitlists. If a space becomes available, you will be notified via email. You will have 36 hours to respond before the space is offered to another family.
Allergies: Children with food allergies must provide their own lunch. Allergies must be discussed with the Summer Program director.
If allergies are listed on the required medical form, we require an EAP (Emergency Action Plan) on file and epinephrine auto-injector, if needed.
COVID Protocols: We have a camp nurse available for all COVID-19
