Please ensure your dogs use the common area to relieve themselves. Don’t forget to pick up their waste afterwards. Please be considerate of your fellow SR residents and do not let your dogs do their business on a neighbors’ property. Mutt Mitts are available throughout the community for your use. We appreciate your cooperation.

Upcoming Weeks of Brush Collection: April 26th & May 24th

The earliest items can be placed out is the Wednesday prior to the week of pickup and must be placed out no later than 5:00 am on Monday the week of the scheduled pick up. Residents, please be considerate of your neighbors - do not put your items out before the designated dates. Please be patient as the City has all week to pick-up in our area.
NOTICES FROM THE CITY OF SCOTTSDALE:
Please separate your brush and bulk pickup into two piles – one for green waste and one for everything else. The piles will be picked up by separate trucks during your designated brush and bulk pickup week.
*Please refrain from placing trash containers or bulk trash where it blocks the sidewalk and would prevent pedestrians or wheelchair bound residents from passing along the sidewalk.
As of the printing of this magazine, the SRCA Administration office is open to homeowners by appointment only.
The SRCA Board of Directors and staff encourage you, when you can, to continue to use email and phone to communicate with us. Please call the main office number at (480) 860-2022 to schedule an appointment, if necessary. The number of staff members in the office at any one time is kept to a minimum due to the close quarters of the desks in the office.
Please note that we will have strict guidelines for those residents who must be in the office for those appointments.
Expectations of homeowner/residents making in-office appointments with a staff member:
• Face masks must be worn by employee and homeowner/ resident at all times during the appointment. • Appointment to take place in the conference room. • Prior to confirming an appointment, we will ask the following questions: o Have you traveled out of the state or country in the last 30 days? o Do you or anyone who you reside with have any symptoms of COVID-19? o Has anyone you have come in contact with in the last 30 days been diagnosed with COVID-19?
Office staff will continue to work their regular schedules either from the office or remotely from home and are available via email or phone during normal business hours. If you need to send us something, please do so by email or US mail. We also have a permanent drop box which is on the wall by the bulletin board outside of the front office doors. If you have an item that is too large to fit into the drop box, please reach out to the office staff to make arrangements to drop the item(s) off at the SRCA office.
The Community Center is available on a limited basis for board, committee and group meetings of no more than 30 people.
