SRCA BLOCK PARTY TRAILER

Host a Neighborhood Bash with at least five Scottsdale Ranch resident families and use the SRCA Block Party Trailer! Have some fun catching up with old neighbors and meet new ones! The Block Party Trailer comes equipped with all your block party needs:

➢ A Pop-Up Canopy ➢ 75 Folding Chairs ➢ 10 - 6’ Tables ➢ Charcoal Grill ➢ Coolers ➢ Trashcans/Liners ➢ Barricades/Cones

➢ Party Trailer rentals are on a first-come/first-serve basis. ➢ A refundable rental deposit of $100 is required. ➢ Agreement must be signed and deposit paid prior to reservation being accepted. ➢ The Block Party Trailer will be dropped off and picked up by an

SRCA representative. ➢ Resident volunteers are needed to assist in the loading and unloading of contents from the Party Trailer. ➢ In case of after hour emergency situations regarding this event, please call the 24-hr. answering service at 1-888-271-0019. ➢ To encourage community participation reimbursement for food and beverage (up to $125) may be available from SRCA.

Restrictions apply and receipts are required.

*Residents renting the block party trailer are required to provide a copy of their declaration page of their homeowner's insurance to SRCA along with a rental agreement. For bookings and information call the SRCA office at (480) 860-2022 or email jshepherd@scottsdaleranch.org.
