Pasha Konstantin Grcic
Linear Terence Woodgate
Wilma Donna Wilson
Rochester Michael Anastassiades
The original Pasha was a designed in the 1990s, but it did not go beyond the prototype stage. This design revisits the idea of the original, which was to create a deep sofa with a particularly reclined sitting position. It is neatly proportioned, firm, comfortable and very tactile, made in a noticeably textured fabric. The design blends strong angular lines and natural curves, creating softness in a formal typology. Oak feet. Armchair W 79 × H 77 × D 93 cm From: £1630 2 seat sofa W 155 × H 77 × D 93 cm From: £2550 / As shown: £3240
Originally sculpted in clay, the design was then scanned back into a computer to be refined, using the process of reverse engineering to complete it. The result is an assured design that seamlessly blends the arm, back and seat together to create one elegant form. The back is low, with a beautiful curve that extends from arm to arm. It sits on slimline flanged aluminium feet. Textured silver powder coated steel legs. 3 seat sofa W 210 × H 62 × D 85 × SH 38 cm From: £2725 / As shown: £3350 4 seat sofa W 263 × H 62 × D 85 × SH 38 cm From: £3360
A small and useful upholstered bench that is light in appearance and in weight. The design has slightly splayed turned legs that give a nod to traditional craft techniques. Beech legs. Bench W 85 × H 38 × D 48 cm As shown: £580
A design that grew from an inquisitiveness about how modern behaviour is changing the way we use public furniture, where people are now inclined to be working or engaging with media on personal devices. Rochester creates a comfortable enclosure for the user, a place for a little privacy. The design language is strict and formal, but comfort has also been made a priority. Oak-veneered side and back panels with a solid oak plinth.

Cricket Kay + Stemmer
Galvanized Peter Marigold
SUM Peter Marigold
The Cricket collection is a new interpretation of the classic ‘cricket table’ typology, believed to date back to the Jacobean period in Britain. An outward splay of the legs lends the design its stability and strength, while an elegant edged tenon joint is used to hold the legs in place. A smooth finish on the tops and reverse taper on the legs bring an aesthetic balance to the overall design. Solid oak seat with solid American walnut legs with a natural oil finish. Bench W 130 × H 43 × D 30cm £385 Side table W 48 × H 62 × D 48cm £345 Coffee table W 120 × H 40 × D 50cm £470

Despite their scale and apparent roughness, they have soft rounded edges and are reassuringly sturdy. W 63 × H 150 × D 30cm £2,645
A wall mounted asymmetrical shelving system that comes as a set of three, with individual shelves in three sizes designed to fit together in an infinite number of ways. SCP Designers At the root of every great product is the collaboration between designer and manufacturer. SCP commissions new designs every year, so our wonderfully diverse roster of designers gets ever longer Here is a snapshot of who they are.
Alex Hellum
Faudet-Harrison
Jasper Morrison
Mark McGinnis
Oscar Coakley
Rachel Whiteread
RCA-trained Alex Hellum launched his studio in 1996 with a coveted grant from the Design Council. Since then, Alex has created products for SCP, Heals and Ercol. Hellum’s design ethos is guided by observation, utility and honest use of materials. In 2009 SCP launched the Ulrik stool, followed by a bar stool version in 2010.
Jochem Faudet and Jon Harrison met while studying Design Products at the RCA in London. The two graduated in 2008 and began sharing a studio space in East London. In 2011, after several years of collaborations, they formed FaudetHarrison, working on product, furniture and interior design. The Kenneth sofa and armchair launched in 2011 and was soon followed by their popular Crosscut range.
Jasper Morrison is one of today’s most influential designers. He’s renowned for his aesthetically elegant and quietly humorous style across designs that span from a tray-table to a tram system. He studied design at Kingston Polytechnic and the RCA. The Side table and Slatted stool produced by SCP were the first designs of Jasper’s to ever be put in production. These were launched at Milan in 1986 and are now part of the SCP Classics Collection.
Brooklyn-based Mark McGinnis’ illustrations are inspired by his fascination with the corporate workplace, culture, politics and the stereotypes associated with them. Informed by his background in printmaking, Mark’s hand-drawn and painted images use simple lines and symbolic themes. The range for SCP was Mark’s first foray into product design.
New designer Oscar Coakley’s first piece for SCP was made as part of the 2015 SCP Editions Collection – a series of designs celebrating SCP’s 30 year anniversary.
