fit FEST

Group X Fit Fest: Finding Your Fit Kick-start your spring fitness routine by sampling any of our instructor led programs. Usually reserved for facility members, these classes will appeal to all levels and give students a snapshot of what to expect for the rest of the semester. Try everything from Zumba, indoor cycling, and cardio and strength circuit to yoga and TRX training. Group X Fit Fest schedule of classes and participation details are listed at SouthernCT.edu/fitnesscenter.
