INSIDE SALES TEAM MEMBER

Our Inside Sales Team Members help us maintain the highest levels of customer satisfaction in every area of our business. If you possess a client-focused attitude, value the importance of relationships, professionalism and trust and can effectively communicate with customers and coworkers, then inside sales is a perfect t for you. Primary responsibilities will include customer relationship development, lead nurturing, product/services knowledge and expertise, cost quotations and order management from start to nish.

OUTSIDE SALES TEAM MEMBER

Outside Sales Team Members should demonstrate an extensive knowledge of sales and customer service best practices. The sales role requires quick thinking and exibility to adjust when met with challenges in order to meet customer expectations. Primary responsibilities include the ability to demonstrate effective time management practices, account planning processes, product/ services knowledge and expertise, strong presentation and communication skills, collaboration with engineers, and customer relationship building/nurturing.

WAREHOUSE ASSOCIATES

Our Warehouse Associate team modi es, prepares, and ships customer orders on a daily basis. They are responsible for handling supplier shipments safely and accurately. Warehouse Associates also interacts with customers, peers, and shipping partners in a professional manner to ensure the safe shipment of product to customers with the use of specialized equipment and technologies to accomplish the work.

FUNCTIONAL & TECHNICAL SUPPORT

At ECCO our Administrative and Technology support teams help with the day-to-day running of the business by assisting with clerical and administrative processes. Our support teams serve as an initial point of contact, answering phones and greeting visitors, managing technology and information processes. Jobs may include accounting, data entry, facility management, human resources, responding to inquiries, technical support, and implementing of ce procedures and systems.

EXECUTIVE LEADERSHIP

ECCO’s Executive Leadership Team (ELT) plays a critical role in the company by providing strategic and operational leadership direction while setting goals, developing strategies and ensuring positive outcomes. The ELT provides basic oversight, direction and controls necessary to ful lling organizational goals, strategic planning development and overall decision making.
