Calm and Peaceful... All fitness levels welcome for this noncompetitive and nurturing practice. Each week you will be lovingly guided through invigorating warm-ups, strengthening yoga poses, deep stretches, centering meditation practices and deep relaxation. Space is limited for theses eight week courses. Please call for information /registration.
