Other ingredients: 200 g Chocolate coating 50 g Butter for the baking form 50 g Sugar for the baking form Preparation: Cream together margarine and sugar until fluffy. Gradually add the eggs and egg yolk and mix well. Add rum, cinnamon, and the seeds of a vanilla bean. Sift the flour with the baking powder and fold it in along with the ground walnuts using a cooking spoon. Pour the dough into a buttered, sugared, square baking tin and bake in a preheated oven at 200°C for about 50 – 55 minutes. Once cooled, cut the cake into 5cm cubes, coat with melted chocolate coating, and let it cool. Decorate the chocolate cubes as Christmas gifts with icing if desired.
