SEAC, founded in 1971 in Italy, is a leading company for the world of underwater activities. Founded as a workshop for the production of metallurgical arrows and tridents for spear guns, SEAC has recognized the strong need for a full range of products for diving. SEAC enters the new millennium as one of the worldwide leader in the industry, designing, producing and distributing any item essential to activities such as diving, free diving, snorkeling and swimming. Projects of this kind are not realized in a day, but with long-term commitment, competence, ability and unending passion that have distinguished the company since the beginning. In July 2012 SEAC finally opened doors in the States as the SEAC USA Corporation. The opening of the headquarters in New York, supported by the companyâ&#x20AC;&#x2122;s key policies of quality and growth, has been proven to be an excellent choice. Today, design, development and prototypes at SEAC are all Italian and unique,with control over the finished product done manually. Each piece is checked and tested as a unit in a meticulous manner. regulators technology As a part of its 40th anniversary, Seac invested in a development project for its regulators to make them the highest performing and most reliable regulators in the world. This project began with the installation of a new department exclusively for our regulators, equipped with cutting-edge technology. This new department ensures that the process of building a new regulator, from assembly, through calibration and inspection, is seemless. This jewel in the Seac crown consists of two ANSTI machines, the most recent of which has been updated according to the latest EC EN250 standards, and can be used for dynamic testing both on dry land as well as in water. Seac regulators: reliability and performance, simplicity and sturdiness.

This top-of-the-range regulator is ideal for cold-water dives, excellent performance under all conditions, even the most extreme. Both the balanced-diaphragm first stage and second stage are new, offering the possibility of regulating both respiratory exertion and the Venturi effect. This high performance regulator system tested 0.79 (a miniscule 0.14 on the intake) on the ANSTI machine at 164 feet (50 meters). • Second stage material: technopolymers. elastomers. with components in metal and covered with “Luxury Technology” treatment for abrasion resistance. • Second stage features: possibility to regulate both respiratory exertion and the Venturi effect. • HP outlets: 2 • LP outlets: 4 of which 2 inclined at 20° and 2 inclined at 30°.

The Pro 2000 HD is a true hybrid BCD. The bladder adjusts to become either a traditional jacket-style BCD, or more of a back inflate system. It also features the Frame to Back Evolution system that allows the BCD to maintain its comfort and ability to adapt to various body shapes. The shoulder straps are anchored to the back plate above the shoulder, as well as at the back (on the latter, through a horse-shoe system with 3 adjustments). In addition to the highly visible features, it also has a hidden back-up pocket on one side and a hidden seating on the other.
