New Year! A new year is upon us! Time for us to reflect on the lessons of the previous year (especially those we learned inadvertently), to make new goals and revive the old ones. Each year we can start anew; new outlook, new attitude, a new disposition to the world around us. As we start 2015, I hope each of you try something different, make a point to get outside your comfort zone to do one more thing that you have never done before but have wanted to at least try. There is value in experiencing new things and adventures. We spend so much time and energy on the material things and worrying about things that don't have a lasting impact. Take one day, just one, to go somewhere new and eat something different or try a new activity. Ask that person to dinner you've been thinking about. Set aside your fears. Now is your chance! Sometimes it is doing the things that are the least comfortable that teach us the most about ourselves. We at Sands Publishing and all of our advertisers wish you a wonderful and happy new year!
