•
As part of an urban intervention in San José City, a number of projects are proposed for the
re-activation of the area. In this case, the residential building is exposed. •
The building is composed by three kinds of residences, for, economically speaking, middleclass users.
•
The main distribution contains 904 sf, which has modifications such as additions and subtractions, getting an interesting volume in the façade. –
RESIDENCE A: Living room, dining room, kitchen, dos bathrooms, main room and
one secondary bedroom. –
RESIDENCE B: This residence keeps the same components as the residence A, although this is a two-story apartment, giving some value to the social area, which is in a double-height space.
–
RESIDENCE C: This space is for a single person, or a couple. This apartment has only one bedroom and one bathroom.
•
Each of the apartments contains a balcony area.
