Key activities (2016-2019): 1. Baseline reviews of meat, dairy, leather, fibres and vegetable value chains in selected provinces. 2. Bottleneck constraints identified with participatory studies including all value chain actors with solutions applied from training, technology, policy and other dimensions. 3. Networking, distance learning, social media applications for local governments, associations, private sectors and others. The overall goal is to make Mongolia more competitive with decent employment creation in line with national policies.
