Best Practices

Sequence: For the best learning experience, complete each lesson sequentially as coding skills will build across lessons.

Engagement: Have your students engage in the videos by participating in the calls to action (tapping your brain, give a silent cheer, say it with me).

Scratch & ScratchJr :

• Encourage students to explore multiple solutions. There are many ways to program or complete a task. No one answer is the “right” answer.

• Provide opportunities for students to make choices or extend their learning after completing direct instruction.
