Create a routine. Leverage transitions like the beginning of the day, between subjects, or after recess to practice mindfulness. Mindfulness can be practiced anytime, anywhere.
Complete the first nine Lessons in order. Introduce mindfulness and create a strong foundation for students’ mindfulness practice. The first nine sessions intentionally get more complex as you go.
Practice, practice, practice. Sessions are meant to be experienced over and over. After your class has tried them all, consider allowing students to choose which sessions to return to.
