extraordinary ACCENT FIND INFINITE POSSIBILITIES WITHIN ONE

Accents are usually last-minute impulse buys, often acquired one by one over time. We suggest a new way of thinking:

Begin with one extraordinary accent and design your whole room around it. A universe of inspiration lies within an accent's color, material, texture, and finish, and each one of these elements can coalesce into an extraordinary room. Bring your heart on the journey with you, and pay heed to what captures your fancy. The most extraordinary thing you’ll ever find in one of our accents is yourself.

WHEN A COMMON MATERIAL MEETS THE TIP OF AN ARTISAN'S BRUSH, REMARKABLE THINGS CAN HAPPEN. GLASS IS ELEVATED BY REVERSE PAINTING (OUR ZARIA BOXES) OR A FAUX MERCURY FINISH (OUR JOSETTE CANDLESTICKS); CLAY BECOMES A HAND-PAINTED MASTERPIECE IN A MATTE FINISH (OUR ISSA VASE) OR WHEN BEAUTIFULLY GLAZED (OUR ATHENA JAR AND BOWL).

Putting people first shouldn’t be extraordinary, but in today’s business environment, it can be.

We seek out unique artisans from around the world to find accents that our clients won’t find anywhere else.

Within our own North American workshops, we ensure uniform environmental and safety standards, and in some cases, we even provide on-site medical care.

To empower our vendors to create happier, healthier workplaces, we provide education, delivered in each vendor’s own language, about safety, fair working conditions, and environmental protection. We also help our vendors put what they’ve learned into practice by creating step-by-step action plans, which they review and update with the help of outside auditors who keep them—and us—accountable.
