A At CoutureHospitalityConcept together with our international project and management teams, we have been instrumental in assisting private and institutional investors to develop, position and manage an exclusive portfolio of independent luxury hotels around the globe. It all started decades ago with my first operating company, Selected Hotels Promotion L.C. It has always been been our expressed desire not to surrender to standardisation, and so we focused on smaller independent luxury retreats. By thinking and acting without the constraints of a large chain, we were able to maximise the hotel's potential from planning and design to operating concepts that provide highly personalised guest services and unique experiences.
The following pages are a celebration of what we have accomplished so far. Whilst I do take enormous pride in CHC’s evolution as a business, none of our success would have been possible without the support and endurance of my partners and our extraordinary clients whom I wish to thank profoundly.

Our Vision- Meierhof We vision the creation of a hotel and spa concept within the grounds of the estate, with a focus on wellness and ecological sensibilities, allied to a blend of contemporary design features and the timeless elegance of the castle and Meierhof themselves. The Meierhof, in particular will be transformed into a multifunctional space housing between 56 and 60 guest rooms, alongside a 2 storied reception, courtyard restaurant and bar. In addition to the spa and pool, the rear building will serve as a bistro, farm shop, as well as a home for various workshop offerings such as wine tasting and cooking masterclasses. Coloured glass pavilions will shoot out across the garden and be used for private and communal dining, while the external area between the buildings and entranceway will contain a spice and herb garden. We forsesee the Meierhof becoming something of a ‘refugium’ for guests. It will offer a space to relax, recharge and reinvigorate.

ART
SWISS SHIELD Swiss Shield yarns that are turned into fabrics ensure an efficient shielding from electromagnetic fields. Their degree of shielding, which can be modulated according to the type of application, ranges to over 80 dB. Impresses not only by its scientifically proven effectiveness. The fabric also meets the most exacting aesthetic standards and is well known for its lightness, elegant sheen and soft, velvety touch.
REET MAT WOOD Rigid, durable tiles produced using locally sourced reed grass as the main constituent. The reeds are produced into mats, added to a polyester resin and compressed. The solidified sheets are then cut to size, polished to a flat surface and coated to protect from moisture and scratching.
Cleaner Air
The surface of the curtain is treated with a photocatalyst mineral that causes air pollution to break down when light shines through it, allowing users to purify the air in their own homes. The technology works in a similar way to photosynthesis the natural process that plants and some other organisms use to convert carbon dioxide and water into food, using light.
Augeo- Art & Spa Concept Rimini (Italy) AUGEO ART CENTER is a space for contemporary art and wellness, located in the historic heart of Rimini. The historical building which hosts AUGEO is Palazzo Spina, a noble 1600 private residence built on pre-existing remains. The idea is to build a relation between art, culture and bien etre through experiences that involve body and mind and at the same time expressing the local identity and international vocation. Reimaging the Palazzo Spina, a historic seventeenth century mansion on the city's central street, Mahmoudieh has created two contrasting spaces which interact with the original materials of the building. On the ground floor, flowing planes of white create a peaceful and ethereal art gallery while, on the building's lower floor, dark stone accented by bright geometric lighting creates a warm safe place for the spa and exercise area.
Resort Hotel Berchtesgaden, Obersalzberg (Germany) The hotel is located close to the bavarian/austrian border, 20 minutes away from salzburg on the hills of the high meadows with its many trees and an extraordinary view. the unique surroundings and the timeless style of the design lend this 150–room, 5* resort hotel –the first mountain resort hotel in germany– an unmistakable character, one in which high ceilings contrast markedly with intimate areas, in order to create a contemporary and comfortable atmosphere. real luxury is expressed through the generous deployment of s p a c e, a harmonious formal vocabulary, fine natural materials (various types of wood, unpolished limestone and granite), and ingenious lighting (direct, reflected). materials have been carefully selected, in order to insinuate serenity and the human touch through variations of color and structure. the colors of nature appear in different combinations: from warm tones through the oranges and reds of the sunset to all shades of blue and green. the large spa area, with its 1500m², and unique spatial treatment, has set new standards for this type of hotel. winner of the 2007 best hotel award from the world travel organization and the hideaways as "one of the 100 most beautiful hotels of the world."

CONCEPT The philosophy of our sleep set: emerging into the literary excellence of three well known Penguin books. They are as follows: Elizabeth and her German Garden •“The greater part of my spring happiness is due to the scent of the wet earth and young leaves” Elizabeth and her German garden, Elizabeth Von Arnim •Her love of nature is the inspiration for the bathroom and well-being area The Symposium •“Love is simply the name for the desire and pursuit of the whole “The symposium, Plato •This is the inspiration for the bedroom and private area Rumi: Selected Poems •You are not a drop in the ocean, you are the entire ocean in a drop” Selected Poems, Rumi •This is reflected in the lounge and work space, by his phrases of wisdom enscribed along the suspended ceiling elements and on some parts of the sofa area Our Vision: •To give holistic experience to hotel guests •To use integrated scent and different techniques to reflect the 3 scenarios and mantras, enabling guests to dive into the richness of Rumi’s poetic world. •For our sleep set to give the hotel visitor a fulfilling, joyful and meaningful experience that will be imprinted on his memory forever.

The symposium from Plato, the philosopher who lived between the 4th and 5th Century after Christ.
The stories of Rumi, Persian Philosopher of the 13th Century.
The story of Elizabeth and her German Garden. A story written by Elizabeth Von Arnim, at the end of 19t h century.
The inspiration for the bathroom came from the wonderful novel by Elizabeth Von Arnim, Elizabeth and German Garden. Upon entrance to our sleep set room, one is instantly immersed in nature. There is scent and sound to activate all senses and it is easily a place where one could devote themselves to care and well-being of both the spirit and the body. In the central point of the entire room composition is the bed, which is wrapped in a stepped suspended ceiling and a circular loop like curtain. The whole sleeping area is like a cocoon, in which to celebrate the theme of love inspired by Plato The lounge and work area is more focused on a connection to the human body and soul. Full of philosophical thoughts and wisdom.

5* Sensotel THIS TRtraveling exhibition (Stizerland, austria, UK) explored the belief that a 5* hotel room can reflect, respond and react to the unique senses and personalities of the guests within. Before entering the room, visitors heighten their sensory awareness in five circular “sense rooms dedicated exclusively to one of the human senses. Listening to natural sounds, touching various surfaces, release distinct smells through scratching a hemisphere, being flashed in a strobe room, chewing on identical white tablets. These are what awaits guests before they enter their suite. The room itself uses screens made from laser-cut textiles and translucent plastic elements in various colours. Featuring a touch-panel that that customizes lighting, climate, music and more, guests can truly create their personal sensory experience.
