Google launches iOS App that turns Live Images into GIFs
Live photos are amongst the latest features that iPhone has come up with in the new iPhone 6s series. This feature lets iPhone users to click live pictures in the form of live videos having very low frame rate with sound before and after you click with the iPhone camera. These live photos have a drawback that they cannot be shared easily to non-iOS devices and users. Google has successfully launched an app named Motion Stills that turns live photos into shareable GIFs. This app gives iPhone users new ways to click and share live photos. This app is free and is only available on iOS devices. But, the app will automatically turn your iPhone live photos into actual GIFs that can be shared and seen on all devices including Android. This app also has a feature to avoid shaky movements while clicking live photos and stabilizes them to give a clear GIF. Google has added the video stabilization technology into the app to enable users to separate the subject from the background, freeze the background into a still image or create sweeping cinematic pans.
