The 220V socket supplied for decorated space booths is NOT to be used for lighting connection purposes. Exhibitors for shell scheme are not permitted to fix their own spotlight or fluorescent light.

Special lighting supplies by exhibitors can be handed over to SEMI China for installation at a nominal price.

All items ordered are on rental basis and exhibitors will therefore have to make good of any damages or losses.

Any complaint regarding rental items or installation must be lodged the day before the exhibition commences. Otherwise all items are deemed to be received in good order and condition.

Payment must be made after receiving the invoice from SEMI China.

�

Full cost of equipment or services will be applied for any cancellation of an order after January 21, 2011.

�

Late order (after the deadline of January 21, 2011) will be surcharged 30%. Any order received after February 21, 2011 and any onsite order will be surcharged 50%.
