I personally want to thank each and every Seminole Booster for their support of Florida State University athletics during this past year. It has been a year of anything but normal, yet our donors have stepped up to help us get through a challenging time. We have accomplished many things this past year including hiring a new President and CEO, renovating and opening Seminole Legacy Golf Club, and transferring over $25 million to the Athletic Department. It is only because of your support that we are able to accomplish such things and positively impact the lives of hundreds of studentathletes. I am so humbled to Chair the Boosters and I will continue to do anything I can to show my appreciation for all that you have done.

This past year may have been one of the most challenging in our program’s history. We worked tirelessly to navigate the countless accommodations required to ensure our student-athletes, staff, and coaches could practice and compete safely during the COVID-19 pandemic.

Regardless of these unforeseen challenges, I have tremendous optimism for the program. Our teams are remarkably resilient, and most continue to compete for ACC and national championships this season. No sport was impacted more than football this year, when Coach Norvell had to install an entirely new system without the benefit of spring practice or a normal off-season. Yet we landed an exceptional recruiting class, and there is unbridled enthusiasm within that program.

I want to thank all of you for your generous support of FSU Athletics and the Seminole Boosters. Simply put, Seminole Athletics would not be among the best programs in the country without your support. Now more than ever, we cannot be successful with you. I speak to our student-athletes constantly, and I assure you that they are not only aware of the assistance you provide, they are also extremely grateful.

I pledge to you that we will continue to do everything we can to ensure that our studentathletes, coaches and staff remain safe and healthy. With your continued support, we will emerge from these challenges stronger and more united than ever.

I know the COVID-19 crisis has also affected all of you, both personally and professionally. Our hope is that you and your families remain safe and healthy.
