Seminole Football Renaissance

The Renaissance Campaign was a focused effort by the entire university to raise commitments to support the transition to Coach Mike Norvell’s football staff. A strategic fundraising campaign was launched to solicit 20 donors to commit $1 million each. As of June 30, 2020, over $15.5 million has been pledged towards this effort.

Little did we know the monumental importance these funds would have on the Athletic Department. The COVID-19 pandemic swept through the country and had a devastating impact on the University as a whole. Dollars pledged to the Renaissance Campaign became a lifesaver for Florida State Athletics and was one of the reasons that Seminole Boosters, Inc. was able to fulfill their financial obligation last calendar year.
