NIAGARA FALLS AND SALAMANCA, N.Y. – Seneca Casinos will continue its tradition of offering festive holiday shows at each of its two casino/hotel resort properties to celebrate the season. On sale starting this September are tickets to see Tony Orlando’s Great American Christmas in Niagara Falls and Sha Na Na Rockin’ Christmas Tour in Salamanca. Additionally, as Seneca Casinos continues to round out its fall entertainment into the holidays, two new November shows have been announced for the lineup: hot newcomer country duo Thompson Square and English rocker Dave Davies of The Kinks. Tony Orlando’s Great American Christmas comes to Seneca Niagara Events Center at Seneca Niagara Casino & Hotel in Niagara Falls for a five-day, seven-show stretch from Wednesday, December 11, through Sunday, December 15. Ticket prices start at $15 and go on sale Monday, September 16, at noon. A full list of dates and times for all performances is below. Orlando, known for his warmth and enduring audience appeal, has tackled numerous aspects of show business since recording hits at age 16 in 1961, such as hosting a popular television variety series, appearing in movies, and performing on Broadway and national telethons. The Events Center will be at half-size with a maximum capacity of approximately 1,150 seats to allow for better viewing and greater audience interaction. Sha Na Na Rockin’ Christmas Tour comes to Seneca Allegany Events Center at Seneca Allegany Casino & Hotel in Salamanca for five shows in five days from Wednesday, December 4, through Sunday, December 8. Ticket prices start at $15 and are on sale now.

Sha Na Na has performed for audiences worldwide for more than 40 years, and gained national fame as part of the original Woodstock Festival. They later lent their trademark 1950’s doo-wop sound when appearing in the classic 1978 movie “Grease.” The Events Center in Salamanca will have a similar set-up like Niagara Falls: half-size with a maximum capacity of approximately 1,150 seats to allow for better viewing and greater audience interaction. Just announced for the fall entertainment lineup is Thompson Square, the young country husband-and-wife duo of Keifer and Shawna Thompson, who have taken America by storm since debuting in 2010. They will perform at Seneca Allegany Events Center in Salamanca on Saturday, November 2, at 7 p.m., with tickets on sale now and starting at $25. The 2010 single, “Are You Gonna Kiss Me or Not,” reached No. 1 on the charts and was nominated for more than a dozen music industry awards, winning three from the American Country Awards. Throughout 2012 and 2013, Thompson Square was named Top Vocal Duo by the Academy of Country Music Awards and the Country Music Association Awards. A second album, “Just Feels Good,” was released in March 2013 and features the hit song, “If I Didn’t Have You.” A final addition for November to the 440-seat Bear’s Den Showroom in Niagara Falls is Dave Davies, the lead guitarist and vocalist for The Kinks, one of the best-known British Invasion rock bands. Davies’ memorable, edgy guitar riffs are still recognizable today on hits such as “You Really Got Me,” “Tired of Waiting for You,” “Lola” and “Come Dancing.” Tickets for the 8 p.m. show on Saturday, November 16, start at $40 and are on sale now.
