Events scheduled every 2nd Thursday starting on April 9, 2015 NIAGARA FALLS, N.Y. - Monthly tasting dinners are coming to La Cascata inside Seneca
Niagara Resort & Casino. Seneca Niagara Resort & Casino Executive Chef, Oliver Wolf, and La Cascata Room Chef Jason Morgan, have created a series of five-course tasting dinners, featuring signature Italian dishes, perfectly paired with a selection of fine wine and spirits. Each tasting dinner begins with hors d’oeuvres starting at 6:30 p.m. The initial schedule of pairing dinners includes: “Taste of Tuscany” – Thursday, April 9, featuring wines of the Tuscany region. Cost is $105 per person. “Single Malts” – Thursday, May 14, featuring a selection of the finest single malt scotches. Cost is $125 per person. “Big Bad Cabs” – Thursday, June 11, featuring big and bold tastes of Cabernet Sauvignon. Cost is $115 per person.
