Participation of investors

The Senise Group has now decided to allow investors to participate in the further development of the Senise Portfolio and take part in the creation of substantial income and significant wealth through selective applications of design, engineering and marketing, combined with unique networking capacities. Investors are invited to participate with investments directly in one of the companies in the Senise Group, or in

the commercialization of a particular business segment through a new company specifically incorporated for the purpose. Such a new company can be jointly owned with external investors. In some circumstances, when strategic partners are involved, a joint venture may be deemed more advantageous.

The Companies

Senise Portfolio owns the Group’s brands, products and projects. The commercialization of any business segment can be realized either directly in the name of Senise Portfolio or in a new company specifically incorporated for the purpose. Senise Management manages the Group’s assets; investments, holdings and joint ventures. Senise Communications coordinates all external contacts and public relations. The Senise Development is the company where the Senise ideas have been nurtured and developed into presentable projects.

Projects and Products Divisions

senise Maritime develops an entirely new concept of luxury motor yachts and small cruise ships, based on an outline design conceived by Renato V. R. Senise. Senise Entertainment owns the manuscripts to the planned movie “A Dance with Destiny”. There are also plans to publish books in English, Italian and Swedish with the same title and based on the same story. Senise Branding.
