So What’s on the Ed’s mind this month..?
Love is in the Air, “da da da”, “da da da”.. Love is in the air.. That’s What!
It’s time to wine, dine and.. the rest! Roses are red violets are blue, Hallmark is about to make a fortune from you! (Just made that up on the spot BTW).
As all our readers know, we at Setinella Malaga HQ are as green as they come. I don’t mean wet behind the ears, but we try to save energy, cut down on our carbon footprint and recycle paper always. We don’t feel the need to chop down more trees for glossier paper, or plastify the front of the yellow peril (the magazine)!
So.. we while we may not send out Valentine’s cards to all of you this LOVE month because of our paper concious policies, we will provide FREE Valentine’s kisses to all our loving readers and contributors that help us do what you love the most - The Sentinella Malaga Magazine! ;)
However should you request a Valentine’s kiss without mask, our girls are insisting that you’ll have to donate at least 1€ to charity LOL!
So if you have a partner to woo then work on that rose petal bath and scented candles. If not don’t stress, just have a self pampering night, chilled out, movies, take away... if you can’t love yourself, who can you love eh?! If you don’t fancy that get out there with friends and perhaps you’ll meet the love of your life, destiny does not do home visits! Whatever you do this Valentine’s day, have a wonderful day... One billion valentines are sent each year worldwide, making it the second largest card-sending holiday of the year behind Christmas. Women purchase approximately 85% of all valentines.
In Japan, women are expected to give chocolate and other gifts to men on Valentine’s Day. This tradition was started as a marketing campaign by Japanese chocolate companies. Men are not off the hook, unfortunately. They are expected to return the favor on March 14th, commonly known as White Day.
Famous Valentine’s Day weddings: The Captain and Tennille, Elton John and Renate Blauel, Meg Ryan and Dennis Quaid, Jerry Garcia and Deborah Koons, and Pamela Anderson and Tommy Lee.

There’s nothing better than setting yourself a goal, hiking the highest peak in Malaga is possible and with routes from diffocult to easy you can make that dream come true.
Starting at Canillas de Aceitunas, this is an extremely beautiful hike. El Saltillo trail has gained a lot more popularity, and not without a reason. Parts of the hike resemble El Caminito del Rey with a path pinned to the vertical cliff wall and the newest addition to the adventure is a new hanging bridge. With its 54 meters, it’s the third-longest in Spain. After crossing the bridge, that hangs 79 meters above the gorge floor, the trail continues up a narrow path winding up the mountain on the other side where you can expect to hold on to chains a few places to stay safe. It continues up to a viewpoint where you can get an amazing view of La Maroma towering above you.

How Does Your Spanish Garden Grow...
The Spanish garden
The climate and soil in Spain does not bode well for many of our glorious British flowers and plants. Often, the earth will be very dry for several months and temperatures too high to sustain many of them – including my favourite, sweet peas. However, you can create a lovely Mediterranean garden, which doesn’t need plenty of water or cool weather. In the mountainous regions there is more scope for an “English style” garden but you will still need to consider the altitude and chill factor. Water, or the lack of it, is one of the most important aspects of gardening in Spain. In the south and most coastal regions, rainfall is infrequent but often torrential. Areas towards the north fare better in terms of precipitation, but also tend to have dry summers and water usage can be pricey if you irrigate with garden hoses. Should your property have
a deep well, you can tap the water with an electric pump and provide irrigation for a small cost. However, if you are reliant on mains water, keeping your garden green can be very expensive. The best way to discover which plants do well in your area is to head straight for the local garden centre. Here you will see an array of flowers and shrubs which the locals buy and therefore which are suitable for you to plant. Cont. Page 12

Spanish Garden Cont....
If in doubt, ask one of the garden centre’s employees about suggestions – there is usually someone who will speak some English. There are many websites available that provide all sorts of tips for gardening in Spain. Creating a Mediterranean style garden needs some knowledge and imagination but there are many magnificent Spanish gardens from which to get inspiration. Visit your local botanical gardens to see what can be done with plants and flowers grown locally. In the spring many Spanish towns have flower festivals, often offering visits to private gardens, generally hidden from public view. These are another source of good ideas for the gardener and can often provide surprises. The Mediterranean climate is ideal for decorative trees and shrubs. Mature olive trees are not cheap, but will look beautiful and give shade. Often they won’t bear fruit if they have been transported but are
nevertheless worthy enough to stand in any garden. Mulberry trees are also an excellent source of shade and do well in the east and northeast of Spain.
There are many pretty shrubs and plants that grow really well in the hotter spots of Spain. What can be more lovely than hibiscus in vivid colours to brighten your day? Or deep purple bougainvillea flopping over a wall? In warmer areas the bougainvillea will flower in winter to add cheerfulness to your day.

How much time does it take to satisfy a woman in bed? Who Cares! (Yes it’s an old joke and many more like it LOL!)
Everyone’s sexual preferences are slightly different, so it’s hard to say just how long it takes to make a woman happy in bed, but it’s always an endless topic of convo. Here are just a few guidelines based on an average survey...
1. Kiss her - Women love being kissed on the lips, and some passionate smooching can get them in the mood for sex. Take your time to kiss her deeply and tenderly, as this is one of the critical ways to satisfy a girl.
2. Go down on her - It’s pretty much common knowledge that men enjoy receiving oral sex, but women enjoy it when men go down on them, too. A recent study found that over twothirds of women find receiving oral sex to be “very pleasurable.”
3. Talk dirty in a way she enjoys -
One of the ways of sexually satisfying a woman is talking dirty in a way that she likes. This means telling her how sexy she is and exactly what you like about her body.
4. Spend time on foreplay - If you want to know how to satisfy a woman, get used to foreplay. This means taking time to rub her, run your hand up and down her leg, or kiss all over her body. The effort you put into foreplay will make her that much more turned on.
5. Be willing to explore with her - If you want to know how to satisfy your wife sexually, you’ll need to be willing to explore with her. If there’s something she wants to try in bed, it’s essential to be open to it, and she’ll probably do the same for you.

Listen Up Guys!
How to get the most out of your man!
1) Initiate Sex - Look your man in the eye and say, I really want you right now. This will initiate sex before he can even think of an excuse to get out of it. It’s a more effective technique than asking him if he wants to have sex because then he can say no without hurting your feelings.
2) Switch positions often so he can enjoy seeing different views of your body. You might be surprised at what his favorite position might be! When you do something out of the ordinary (something he likes) make sure to communicate with him during it so he knows how much pleasure you are getting out of it too.
3) Be Open To His Fantasies
You should always be open to your man’s fantasies. They’re a big part of what makes him feel special and loved. It also helps if you know what his fantasies are! If you can’t
tell, ask him. Give Him A Massage
4) Start by giving your man a nice body massage but don’t hurry it. This will help him relax and feel better about himself. Focus on his neck and shoulders to start, then work your way down to his lower back and lightly tease and touch him between his legs from behind.
5)Cook His Favorite Meal- Cooking is a surefire way to please your man. Cooking for him is an act of love. It’s a gesture that says, I care about you and I want to do something nice for you.

FIT at 50 For LADIES & GENTS!
HOW FIT SHOULD YOU BE AT 50?
When you hear the saying “50 is the new 40,” what is your first reaction? The fact is that many people feel much better than they thought they would when they start to get older. With good fitness and healthy habits, anyone can feel good for his age even if he’s a middle-aged man.
So just how strong should a 50-year-old man be?
If you measure yourself according to your age and you’re a 50-year-old man, you should at least be able to hold a plank for two minutes, bench-press 150% of your body weight, and complete a standing barbell press at your exact body weight.
These are a few of the goals that you should set for yourself once you reach middle age and they are much easier to achieve than you might think. In addition to the things mentioned above, the average 50-year-old man should also be able to:
Do 50 pushups, Do 15 chin-ups, Deadlift 250% of your body weight
Barbell squat double your body weight
Do ten barbell lift thrusts with 150% of your body weight Hang-clean 125% of your body weight.
If you’re a man over the age of 50 and you aren’t able to accomplish these things, do not worry. It is never too late to get into great shape, and it all starts with setting reasonable goals for yourself and being consistent with your workouts.
Strength Training for 50 year old Women
In your workout for a 50-year-old woman, it is imperative to incorporate resistance exercises into your weekly routine to prevent muscle loss and keep your strength up. Incorporate exercises that utilise all the major muscle groups of your body, which include chest, back, shoulders, biceps, triceps, quadriceps, glutes, hamstrings and abs. Choose a weight that will fatigue your muscles in about 10 to 12 repetitions in two to three sets. Cardiovascular exercise
keeps your heart healthy by lowering blood pressure and cholesterol, helps prevent diabetes and weight gain, and improves your quality of life through increased stamina and endurance. Training your core will help maintain your posture and balance, as well as keep your midsection tight and toned. Target the deep abdominal muscles of the transverse abdominis and internal obliques with planks and side planks. Stretching is a must-do exercise for a 50-year-old female. It’s often an understated aspect of fitness, but adequate flexibility allows you to have greater range of motion, freedom of movement and relaxed muscles. Stretching corrects imbalances, decreases soreness, reduces risk of injury and improves posture. Before engaging in static stretching, do about five minutes of movement to warm-up the muscles, which can include walking, cycling, or just large dynamic joint movements like arm circles and trunk rotations.

The Future Is Asia..How Come?
The future Is Asia..why?
Asia’s future: More than a China story
The future is Asian because demographically the world is already Asian. More than 50 percent of the world population lives in Asia. As the world population plateaus— somewhere around, but perhaps less than, 10 billion people—we will never live in a world where the majority of the world population is not Asians in Asia. We need to get used to that fact.
Then there’s the economy. Especially if you measure in PPP [purchasing-power parity] terms, but even if you don’t, you have 35 to 40 percent of the global economy centered on the Asian realm.
Third, Asia is “Asianising.” These major Asian economic powers, and also the major markets to which Western companies want to export and do business in, are already trading more with each other than they are with the rest of the world. If you want to be
a successful global company, you cannot make the statement “I am a successful global company” unless you are a big deal in Asia. It’s the present that’s already Asian, based on that data. And that’s ever more the case the further you look into the future. We live in a globalised world, and yet we have a great intellectual divergence under way between the slow-growing, inwardlooking, xenophobic, pessimistic, anti-trade and -globalisation West, and the optimistic, forward-looking, “the world’s getting better”believing, “bring borders down”-thinking, proglobalisation Asia. Microwave vs Oven
Are microwaves energy efficient? Should you be using your microwave more or less often if you’re looking to save energy? With energy prices going up all the time, these are a few questions I’ve been considering recently. A microwave is a daily appliance for most households. We use ours regularly. Whether it’s reheating leftovers, warming up my morning oats or defrosting something I’ve forgotten to take out of the freezer.
Overall, microwaves are more energy efficient than ovens. They use energy more efficiently because microwaves heat food directly, are on for a short time and have a lower power supply than ovens. It’s thought that a microwave has an energy transfer rate of 30-40% whereas an oven stove is only working on 12-14% efficiency. An electric oven would usually use around 2000 watts per hour. An electric oven with
a fan is more efficient as the fan distributes the heat more evenly, a bit like a stove top fan does for a log burner. A microwave uses around 600-1200 watts (0.6kW – 1.2kW) per hour. As you’re unlikely to be using a microwave for more than 15 minutes at a time, this is definitely the winning appliance when it comes to saving energy.Compare this to other kitchen appliances such as an energy efficient kettle, which are powered between 2200-3000W but only used for a couple of minutes, or an efficient slow cooker with a wattage of just 200W!

Top Cleaning Tips & Tricks!
Cleaning tips to remove 90% of all germs!
CLEAN SMALL TOYS IN A LAUNDRY BAG
I’ve never thought to wash anything in my washing machine other than clothes, but I suppose a laundry bag can make it possible to clean so much more, including small lego pieces! You could also use this concept in the dishwasher.
SANITISING SPONGES
I kind of get grossed out by sponges. Do you? I just feel like they are perfect for harboring millions of germs. I do like the sponges with the rough side for scrubbing out hard-to-clean pots and pans, but end up throwing them out before their life cycle is over. What a waste! Instead, put them in the microwave for a couple of minutes and watch as the microbes sizzle away. Warning: Do not leave the applience while usilising this method and only perform for a few seconds depending on your appliance. USE SALT TO CLEAN YOUR IRON
Salt? Yep! Pour salt on your ironing board (Perhaps cover with a pillow case or something to make clean up easier), and then iron the salt with the steam option off. The dirt on your iron will stick to the salt, making for an easy clean!
SQUEEGEE HAIR PICKER UPPER
A new use for an old item! Turns out your squeegee has a brilliant use other than getting your windows squeaky clean. Use one as a quick and easy way to wipe pet hair off of your carpets and rugs.

Why A We More Horny During Celebrations?
Discreet Vibrators & Pocket billiards!
So why are we so horny during holidays? According to one study, you can’t blame the alcohol or the Valentine card. The study characterises this spike in sexy times as a cultural phenomenon, connecting our collective holiday horniess to the fact that most of us are simultaneously experiencing the same things: time off of work of stress free time and a wave of romance. We’re not talking about a horny attack at the office where you feel the need to squeeze your thighs together and think of hoovering until it passes, or if you’re a gentleman having to hide your modesty while nipping off to the bathroom to relieve the swelling, no this is holiday heat beneath the sheet! Because we have retired our thoughts to the Valentin’e day occasion, it becomes a little more free than the average day especially if it falls on a weekend. Of course the scented
candles, bubbly and some extra special wine with a romantic meal may have a say in this, As women, our estrogen levels dip briefly and soar to higher levels until the start of menstruation. At the same time, our progesterone starts to kick in. These hormones, when at their peak, can make a us very, very horny. Can Valentine’s day effect hormones.. no of course not! But if we are approaching this point in our cycle leading up to Valentine’s day then some men are in for the ride of their lives! Those who aren’t can just enjoy the flowers and the extra attention I guess!

Jason Statham plays Hill, or “H,” an aloof, mysterious tough guy who starts working for an armored-truck company that was recently hit with a heist that killed two of their drivers and a bystander. We soon learn why H is really here: His own son was that murdered bystander, and he wants revenge. What’s more, H is himself a dangerous criminal and can’t tell if this is his lucky day or blackmail.

CBD Rocks brings you reliable information and advice on CBD each month. With the new year now here many of you have decided as one of the new year resolutions you will exercise more and be healthier. No matter our age, young or old and the amount of exercise we do, it can hurt. CBD safely helps promote muscle growth, reduce inflammation, accelerate regeneration, and relieve pain. After any physical activity , it is extremely important to allow the body to rest and relax. And this is exactly where CBD can be used wonderfully. CBD reduces stress levels and lowers cortisol levels. It promotes the relaxation that one needs. CBD and sports are now a common supplement used amongst athletes.
Many athletes know that a good night’s sleep and good nutrition are important for muscle recovery after training. There are already many reports and experiences that indicate that CBD can positively influence night’s rest and contribute to relaxation.
CBD for athletes helps the brain to properly control the alarm bells of the immune system so that the body does not overreact and unnecessarily prolong the healing process, even after intense training. This can reduce inflammation in muscles and joints. In addition, CBD oil has an antioxidant effect that binds harmful substances in the muscles. CBD is an effective painkiller and doesn’t cause any adverse side effects. Much better than those addictive opioids that are prescribed to so many athletes out there. Taking CBD oil during sports is highly recommended due to its many benefits and creation of homeostasis. Contact CBD Rocks for further information.See Ad Below

Chichen Itza is located in Mexico and was built by the Mayan people. The Mayan people were a very advanced civilization, and their architecture is unbelievable. The Chichen Itza temple stands 79 feet above the main plaza and was built in such a way that it aligns with the sun during the spring and autumn equinoxes. During these equinoxes, the sun shines directly on the pyramid and casts a shadow in the shape of a snake. It is truly an amazing sight to see. The Mayans were very advanced for their time. They practiced agriculture, astronomy, and mathematics. They also built cities and lived in houses that had running water. eventually disappeared from the earth around the 11th century.

Most people have their answer to this question ready, mainly because they like this kind of stereotyping.
“Men are overconfident, and it is their downfall,” a certified driving instructor said.
“Even if a man doesn’t know what he’s doing, he’s more inclined to say he does.” Results from state DMV tests show lower passing rates for young men, while young women are more likely to pass their knowledge test the first time. Men engage in more competitive and risk-taking behavior, which is likely to result in higher probabilities of crashing. The biological reasons include testosterone. Men break rules more often than women. Which you can see in the number of traffic violations, including exceeding speed limits and running red lights.
In 2007, 6.1 million accidents (40,000 fatal accidents) involved men. Women were only involved in 4.4 million (14,000 fatal
accidents). Men were also convicted of drunk driving more often than women (more than 3 times likely). In 2007, 626,371 DUIs were issued to men in the United States. Women drivers got 162,493 convictions. While the above numbers may speak a clear language, they don’t consider that men spent more hours on the road. In 2007, men drove about 60 percent of all annual miles and women about 40 percent.

Social Media Addiction
According to some surveys from 2020, people are spending as much as 17 hours per day looking at a screen, and a good portion of this time is spent on social media. While kids, teens, and young people are the heaviest social media users, most adults are also active on at least one social media platform, and many report having trouble limiting their time on them. Also, there are many people who report social media has a negative impact on them, their mental health, and their relationships, but continue to use it anyway, causing some experts to wonder whether it’s possible to become addicted to social media. It may be difficult to see how something so seemingly harmless can turn into an addiction. The truth is that like other types of behavioral addictions (gambling, porn, sex) constant or excessive use of social media can have a harmful influence on the way your brain process pleasure and reward. Similar to
addictive drugs, social media content and likes can trigger the release of the pleasure chemical dopamine, which may explain why some people report feeling addicted to these platforms. There is no harm in using social media platforms every now and then, even every day, but the more time spent on it the more likely you are to experience the negative aspects.. Cont. Page 50

Food for LOVE
The LOVE for food
It’s February, the month of love and it’s that time where we try to win our lover’s heart through cooking the most amazing exotic meal. We have traveled the world over to bring you the most tantalising and exquisite food experience from the far eastern corners of Vietnam, Cambodia and
collecting a few things we head straight to the cookery school location.
Malaysia Welcome to Chiang Mai Northern Thailand.
Meet Rachel from Chaing Mai, a tiger of a Thai Tirgress in the kitchen! Rachel draws her extensive knowledge of traditional Thai cooking from her father who subsequently absorbed all his knowledge from his mother, Rachel’s grandma of course! Welcome to Grandma’s Cooking School a stunningly beautiful place in northern Thailand. Spice up this Valentine’s day with an exotic meal for your lover.. turn up the heat and let’s get cooking!
We arrived at the early morning market, a location favoured by the local Thai chefs. A pungent aroma of fresh chili pastes, sauces, herbs, fruits and vegetables fills the air, after
Arriving at the cookery school is quite an experience, beautiful green vegetation, herb gardens, chicken coups for the fresh eggs, a river, ponds with lotus flowers, I almost forgotten the purpose of my visit! It wasn’t too long before I heard the clacking of the mortar and pestals in the distance. The school has a few group kitchen set ups spread across this beautiful location and after a lesson in the herb garden we head off to our kitchen, a wonderful inside / outside cooking space that would be any chef’s paradise. It’s now time to choose your menu, not easy as the choices are all amazingly delightful! I went with Tam Yum Gung, a fragrant, aromatic spicy prawn soup / Spring Rolls / Pad Thai Noodles / Paneang Red Curry / Mango Sticky Rice. These dishes are absolute classics and you will learn ALL the secrets that may not be covered in your average Thai cook book! Rachel starts by guiding us at her own work station before sending us off to start bashing
and chopping our ingredients.
TOP TIP: The most important elements of Thai cooking are sourcing all the correct ingredients for each dish, preparing them completely before firing up the wok and the timing of when to add each ingredient. These are the essential steps because the cooking time is so fast and with a ferociously high heat.
Control is key and Rachel is always at hand to keep things on track! Some of the ingredients that go into the soups just need roughly chopped, bashed a bit just to release their flavours, however the red chili paste will
it that even KFC Thailand is awesome... Enough about that, back to the pot! With the post bubbling and woks steaming and tossing, the heat is on! We work our way through our chosen menus, enjoying time at the dining table between each course to eat our fantastic Thai dishes. If you are already salivating and have already put Grandma’s cookery school on your list of places to go when you visit Thailand, make sure you go with a hefty appetite because you’ll need it! The wonderful kitchen staff will prepare your dishes to take away should you struggle with eating all that you cook, either way you are
indeed require the “bang bang & clack clack” for at least 7 min to guarantee that your curry dishes have the depth of flavour required to meet these standards. Fresh curry pastes are readily available in the markets as generally Thai people that are working in the cities don’t have time to shop, prep and cook their own food. This is the main reason why street food is so abundant in Thailand. It’s not just little stalls provided for you to enjoy a visit to Thailand, it’s because many Thai people don’t even have kitchens in their city accommodations. Fast food in Thailand is not just KFC, it’s real food! However rumour has
guaranteed an unforgettable experience! There are many cookery schools in each region, however we highly recommend Grandma’s Cookery School as one of the best in Thailand. From the technical secrets of a good spring roll through to the complexities of each blend of curry paste, Grandma’s Cookery school will make it a beautiful and educating experience for the most inexperienced cook to the most passionate expert chef.

Pro tips from the “19th Hole!”
It’s been said before, “Golf is a simple game made difficult by those who play it!” Swing with an anti-slice grip.
If you slice, it’s probably because you’re not closing the clubface fast enough through the hitting zone. To improve your ability to deliver a square clubface (relative to your path), make practice swings with your hands split apart on the grip.
Hold the club in its normal position with your gloved hand, then slide your lower hand down to where the grip meets the shaft. Separating your hands like this makes it easier to square the face through impact and keep the handle pointing at your belly button as the clubhead slings out toward the ball. Make sure to brush the grass aggressively. If you can recreate the feels in the drill on real swings, you’re on the money. Give your backswing a power boost
As you start the club back, make it a goal to get your hands as far away from your right
ear as possible and maintain that width all the way to the top of your backswing. A wider swing arc automatically fuels a faster downswing and eliminates the chopping action that causes pop-up drives and slices.

Turtle
Six of the seven species of sea turtles that swim the planet’s waters—leatherback, loggerhead, Kemp’s ridley, green, olive ridley, and hawksbill—are found in every ocean except the Arctic and Antarctic. The seventh, the flatback, lives only in the waters around Australia. The leatherback is the largest sea turtle and can weigh a whopping 2,000 pounds. It’s also the only sea turtle that doesn’t have a hard, bony shell. Its carapace is somewhat flexible and almost rubbery to the touch. The shells of other sea turtles are made of thick plates called scutes. Sea turtles make incredibly long migrations between feeding and breeding areas. The leatherback travels an average of 3,700
miles each way. Sea turtles mate at sea, then come ashore on beaches to lay their eggs. Females dig a hole in the sand, then deposit their clutch of eggs (up to 100, in the leatherback’s case), cover it back up, then return to the sea.

Social media addiction cont.
Some possible negative consequences from overusing social media include: Low self-esteem and comparing yourself to others
Increased isolation and loneliness
FOMO (Fear of missing out and feeling excluded)
Anxiety or depression
Social anxiety and embarrassment
Exposure to negative people, trolls, or bullies
Disrupted sleep patterns when using at night because of the effects of blue light
Decreased physical activity, which may affect your overall health
Poor academic performance
Depressive symptoms
It is always easier to overcome an addiction if prevention starts early, and by following a few of these steps you can get to a healthy level of social media use. Here are a few simple
steps to combating a social networking addiction, or even cutting down if you are using apps too much:
Delete your social media apps from your smartphone to decrease the amount of time spent on social media overall
Turn off your personal phone during work, as well as during school, meals, and recreational activities.
Adjust the setting on each social media app so you can turn off certain notifications
Set aside a certain amount of time dedicated to social media per day
Turn on a timer to help keep you accountable for how much time you spend online
Leave your phone, tablet, and computer out of your bedroom. Take up a new hobby that’s not technology-related like sports, art, or classesMake it a point to see your friends and family in person when possible.

Pitufo, Mollete, bocadillo, Campero & Sandwich!
There are many things that people eat for breakfast in Spain, one favourite being the simple Spanish tostada – a delicious, toasted slice of bread topped with olive oil, grated or crushed tomatoes, and salt. Coffee, usually café con leche, solo, cortado, sombra, nube, bon-bon or even a beer, never fails to be on the Spanish breakfast table.
A pitufo is a typical bread roll that you will generally find in and around Malaga. The name “pitufo” translates as “smurf”, referring to the fact that the bread roll is quite small! Mollete is a bread specific to Andalucia, similar to an English bap in texture, very soft and flat. It is often served as the bread for the tostada, especially around Antequera from where this type of bread originates. However, mollete is delicious with any filling! A bocadillo tends to be bigger and heavily
filled for that mid morning workers snack. You try a bocadillo with tortilla de patata and see how full your gas tank will stay throughout the day! A campero is a larger version of the mollete and can be filled with sliced chicken, salad and mayhonesa. This could be an alternative to a fully packed hamburger meal. The sadwhich as we know it is referred to a as “pan de molde! which is the square rounds of pan bread. This is commonly prepared on the plancha with buttler much like fried bread, with a common filling such as jamon york y queso (cooked ham and cheese) Good Morning Jamón!

TAURUS: April 21- May 21
Generally level-headed and sure-footed, you should however challenge your usual limits during February – do something unexpected and daring, even if you feel a little unsure. Go with whatever feelings, doubts or discomforts arise as a result and experience a series of daily adventures!
GEMINI: May 22- June 21
Time to make peace with yourself about any less-than-perfect past events and actions, or anything left undone. Leave them in the past where they belong. As you start to think forward, by the second week of February you’ll feel great and able to organise events ahead.
CANCER: June 22- July 22

SCORPIO: October 23- November 21
The first week of February is an emotional time for Scorpio this year. This is likely to distract you from work, and getting on with life in general, so think about what’s important and prioritise. The second week brings excitement.

Enjoy a time of magical moments, of the ephemeral, and much love energy buzzing around your vicinity - give yourself plenty of time and space to explore it all. When bright ideas come into your mind, write them down!
