So What’s on the Ed’s mind this month..? Milestones, that’s what!
A mile stone is exactly what it says, a stone indicating the distance between one point and another. A solid marker so much so that we use the expression as an everyday term. This could relate to a BIG birthday (yeah, we don’t want th mention those) or to something that has come about through hard graft and determination. Generally these days we use the saying milestone more in relation to time rather than distance. This month is a milestone in the calendar of The Olive Tree Bar & restaurant in Coín. If you haven’t visited The Olive Tree, you are missing a treat. Tina has crafted and nurtured The Olive Tree from the root to the fruit, finely tuning the surroundings, the menus and the entertainment to meet the desires of the expat community. The Olive Tree will celebrate it’s 10th Anniversary in business and the “tree” is heavily ladend with the fruits of pleasure ready for the picking! So when you next pass through Coín, pop in for a full english breakfast, a Sunday roast lunch, fish and chips or simply a refreshing cold cerveza! See main advert inside with this months entertainment in Coín and “get down on it!”
Congratulations the ALL at The Olive Tree!

The Sentinella is eternally dedicated to Colin Checkley, the founder and editor of Sentinel Magazine. May he rest in peace. (Born; 1960 Died; 2004.)
Bela began to have dreams of a “white light.” And then, on May 31, she says she heard a voice in her dream. It commanded her to: “Wait in the usual spot.”
Bela had never heard the voice before. And yet, she says, she knew what it meant.
“The next evening, I sat next to my open window,” Bela said. She waited. And as she began to fall asleep around 12:15 a.m., a flying saucer swept into view. Before Bela knew it, she wasn’t in her bedroom any longer. “There was a bright green beam which transported me to the UFO.” Bela soon found herself where very few humans (claim to) have ever gone in the belly of a flying saucer. In Bela’s telling, she encountered five aliens in the UFO. They were tall and slender, but Bela couldn’t make out their true forms.
A particular alien that she had become fond of told her that dating a human was taboo although he was willing to break the rules. However although she was willing to go all the way, Bela wasn’t sure that she wanted to leave planet Earth and never look back... “Tenticles off!”

Go take a Bike!
West from Malaga along the coast...
Another chilled ride starting from Malaga´s stunning port explores the coastal paths that lie to the west of the city. A longer ride of about 60km (including the return trip) takes you out to the former fishing village of Torremolinos – now one of the busiest tourist destinations on the Costa del Sol –and the beautiful whitewashed little towns of Benalmedena and Fuengirola. The perfect time to do either this coastal ride or the one that heads east out of Malaga (see above) is spring or autumn. This is not only because the summer temperatures on the Costa del Sol make anything but swimming, sunbathing and hanging around in chiringuitos a chore. Out of season, when just the locals are about, you can see Torremolinos, Benalmedena and Fuengirola as they once were, before the rest of the world found out how beautiful they are. On your bike!

WHAT IS MIRROR PAIN?
Maybe you had been in pain for a while because of a broken arm or leg. Then one day, the opposite limb started hurting — even though it wasn’t injured. That’s mirror pain. Mirror pain happens in the exact same body part or body area on the opposite side of a trauma-affected or diseased body part. And it can strike anywhere in the body — even in healthy teeth on the other side of diseased, painful teeth. Fortunately, mirror pain is usually not as bad as the injured side. Mirror pain symptoms usually begin after the nerve pain has turned chronic, typically three or more months after the original injury. Chronic neuropathic pain can lead to nerve sensitisation or increased sensitivity and spread the pain around the body. In general, the greater the pain and inflammation in the injured area, the more
likely the uninjured side will develop mirror pain. Like other nerve pain, mirror pain is treatable — but it’s also preventable. Indeed, nerve pain resulting from injury does not have to evolve into chronic nerve pain and spread to otherwise healthy limbs. When treating patients with acute nerve pain from trauma or disease, doctors and pain specialists need to devise the most effective pain management plan and apply it early and aggressively. But even if you already have mirror pain, there’s no reason to worry because it’s very treatable.

How to make great Pita Bread!
Ingredients
1 cup warm water
2 tsp. active dry yeast
1 tsp. granulated sugar
3 c. all-purpose flour, divided
1 tbsp. extra-virgin olive oil
1 1/2 tsp. kosher salt
In a large bowl, combine warm water, yeast, and sugar and stir until dissolved. Stir in ½ cup flour and let sit for 15 minutes, until mixture foams. Add oil, salt, and 2 cups flour (reserving ½ cup) and stir with a wooden spoon until a shaggy mass forms. Dust a clean surface with some of reserved flour and knead until smooth and elastic, about 7 minutes, adding more of the reserved flour if the dough is too sticky. Place dough in a clean large bowl and cover with plastic wrap. Leave in a warm place until dough has doubled in size, about 1 hour. Place a pizza
stone or large cast-iron skillet in your oven and preheat to 500°. Lightly dust a clean surface with flour. Punch down dough and turn it out onto surface. Divide dough into 8 pieces and roll into balls. Working as quickly as possible, open your oven and place as many pitas that will fit on your skillet or stone without touching. Let bake until an air pocket balloons. Cover baked pitas with a clean kitchen towel to keep warm.

A.I. How will it effect oour future...
Once it arrives, general AI will begin taking jobs away from people, millions of jobs as drivers, radiologists, insurance adjusters. In one possible scenario, this will lead governments to pay unemployed citizens a universal basic income, freeing them to pursue their dreams unburdened by the need to earn a living. In another, it will create staggering wealth inequalities, chaos and failed states across the globe. But the revolution will go much further. AI robots will care for the elderly scientists are working to develop a “robo-cat” that can remind its owners to take their meds and can track down their eyeglasses. AI “scientists” will solve the puzzle of dark matter; AIenabled spacecraft will reach the asteroid belts, while on Earth the technology will tame climate change, perhaps by sending massive swarms of drones to reflect sunlight

away from the oceans. Last year, Microsoft committed €50 million to its “AI for Earth” program to fight climate change. These so-called “narrow” AIs are everywhere, embedded in your GPS systems and Amazon recommendations. But the ultimate goal is artificial general intelligence, a selfteaching system that can outperform humans across a wide range of disciplines. Some scientists believe it’s only 30 years away.

The Gunpowder Plot!
Why did Guy Fawkes want to kill King James 1st and the king’s leaders? When Queen Elizabeth 1st took the throne of England she made some laws against the Roman Catholics. Guy Fawkes was one of a small group of Catholics who felt that the government was treating Roman Catholics unfairly. They hoped that King James 1st would change the laws, but he didn’t. Catholics had to practise their religion in secret. There were even fines for people who didn’t attend the Protestant church on Sunday or on holy days. James lst passed more laws against the Catholics when he became king. What happened - the
Gungpowder Plot
A group of men led by Robert Catesby, plotted to kill King James and blow up the Houses of Parliament, the place where the laws that governed England were made. The
plot was simple - the next time Parliament was opened by King James l, they would blow up everyone there with gunpowder. The men bought a house next door to the parliament building. The house had a cellar which went under the parliament building. They planned to put gunpowder under the house and blow up parliament and the king.
Guy Fawkes Discovered
Guy FawkesGuy Fawkes was given the job to keep watch over the barrels of gunpowder and to light the fuse. On the morning of 5th November, soldiers discovered Guy hidden in the cellar and arrested him. The trail of gunpowder at his feet would never be lit.

Social Media & Depression...
Recent research validates the idea of social media depression. Most studies have focused on separating causation from correlation. The former indicates social media increases the risk of mental health issues. The latter indicates that depressed and lonely people are more likely to be on social media. In this case, social media platforms are a symptom of depression, not the cause. The most recent studies point to causation. A 2015 survey of 736 college students found that Facebook triggers feelings of envy and that envy leads to symptoms of depression. A 2019 study from the United Kingdom found that people who checked Facebook late at night lost sleep and were more likely to feel depressed and unhappy. More people around the world today use social media than do not. That’s a remarkable statement considering social
media did not exist until the last few years of the 20th century. Its popularity has grown quickly in the past two decades, with 59% of the world’s population now registered with at least one social media site. The above numbers look great from a business perspective. But psychologists and mental health professionals may find them alarming. More than half the world now exposes itself daily to an experience known to cause mental health challenges. All this is happening in a relatively short time. Only time will tell.

Some of the worst things for your liver..
White Bread
Processed, refined grains like white bread often contain added sugar and are biologically equivalent to sugar in the body – a double whammy when it comes to fatty liver disease. White bread is made from refined wheat that has had essentially all nutritional value removed, leaving only the starchy product behind. The industrial refinement of starches results in a bread that might be softer and tastier but is also much less healthy.
MSG
Though not a food per se, monosodium glutamate (MSG) is a preservative that is found in a variety of foods. Foods high in MSG tend to be processed and packaged items that are also high in sodium, saturated fat, trans fat, added sugar, and/or other preservatives.
Alcohol - Alcohol certainly plays a role in
alcohol-induced fatty liver disease, but it also contributes to nonalcoholic fatty liver disease as well. Alcohol is metabolized in the liver, where liver enzymes break down alcohol into acetaldehyde, which is then converted to acetate. Acetaldehyde is a toxic compound that causes oxidative stress and inflammatory damage in the liver. Soft drinks - are a major source of sugar in our diet. Just one can contains upwards of 40 grams of added sugar when the recommended daily intake is no more than 10 grams. Consuming high amounts of sugar takes a toll on the entire body, including the liver.

Ice Sculpting... what’s it about?
Ice Sculpting.. What’s it all about?
Talented sculptors hone their skills over decades to express their artistic intent in the most powerful way they can imagine. Some of these artists inspire such awe that their stone work becomes famous for hundreds of years. Others are famous for about four to six hours. That’s the burden faced by ice sculptors. Ice sculptures can take nearly any form, from massive dragons, to medieval warriors, to tigers, to bears. These works used to be a rare extravagance. Now, they’re an increasingly commoditised product, particularly in their smaller forms. Talented sculptors hone their skills over decades to express their artistic intent in the most powerful way they can imagine. Some of these artists inspire such awe that their stone work becomes famous for hundreds of years. Others are famous for about four to six hours. That’s the burden faced by ice sculptors. Ice sculpting obviously begins a single critical ingredient: water. Not all water works equally well for artistic purposes. Carving experts typically favor pure, clean water that makes for the smoothest,
clearest ice. But the relative clarity or cloudiness of ice aren’t the only indicators of purity. When dirt and other particulates hover in water, they may attract air molecules, too, and the ultimate result is ice that looks less than pristine. They can add color, too, with dyes, gels or sand. Colored lights (often LEDs) offer the most spectacular effects. After sunset, these bright bulbs bring out subtle details and intricacies that are difficult to see in daylight.

In recent years, research has shown that CBD can help dogs, cats and other pets with cancer, seizures, pain, anxiety and other conditions.
As we learn more about the effects of CBD for humans, we naturally ask the question: could CBD oil help our pets? A growing number of veterinarians believe cannabidiol (CBD) products can be effective in treating a range of conditions in dogs and cats, from anxiety to loss of appetite. Scientifically speaking, dogs (and most mammals) have similar anatomy to humans. Studies over the past decade have shown that the endocannabinoid system is found in most mammals. Considering that CBD works directly with this nervous system, we can confidently assume that CBD will have some sort of impact on our dogs. Early research and anecdotal testimonials show that CBD oil has helped our pets in many different ways. Here is a list of different conditions that CBD has been
found to help treat (and/or cure) your pets: Allergies, Anxiety, Appetite, Arthritis, Cancer, Chronic Pain, Deteriorating Quality of Life, Digestive Issues,Fatty Tumours,Glaucoma, Homeostasis, Inflammatory Bowel Disease, Inflammation,Joint & Mobility Issues, Phobias (Fireworks, Thunderstorm),Seizures,Skin Problems. CBD for our pets is available in many convenient forms. Extracts can be put directly into the mouth from a dropper bottle, added to food, dropped on a treat, rubbed on bare skin or in the ears, or dropped on a pet’s paw to be licked off. Dosage can vary greatly from one situation to the next. It may be necessary to experiment a bit to find the right amount and frequency of administration

Uruguay
Population 3.474 millionUruguay
Uruguay, country located on the southeastern coast of South America. The second smallest country on the continent, Uruguay has long been overshadowed politically and economically by the adjacent republics of Brazil and Argentina, with both of which it has many cultural and historical similarities. “On the map, surrounded by its large neighbours, Uruguay seems tiny,” writes contemporary Uruguayan historian and novelist Eduardo Galeano. “But not really. We have five times more land than Holland and five times fewer inhabitants. We have more cultivable land than Japan, and a population forty times smaller.” This combination of open space and low population density has afforded
Uruguay many opportunities for economic development. An independent country since 1828, with strong ties to the United Kingdom, France, and Italy, Uruguay developed throughout much of the 20th century as one of Latin America.

What is WEB 3.0 ???
Web 3, almost referred to as the NEW net!
If you work in the IT sector, there is no chance you haven’t heard of “Web3” or “web3 platform.” The recent appearance of numerous Web 3 Platforms, including MetaSky, has sparked interest in the internet’s future. Ten years ago, the web was very different from the one we use and engage with today. Web3 seems to be the inevitable next step in this shift, which will only continue to accelerate. Web 3, commonly referred to as “Web 3.0” or “Net 3,” is becoming more popular, especially among cryptocurrency enthusiasts. Cryptocurrency supporters, major tech companies, and venture capital firms got into a heated argument about the future of Web 3 in the closing weeks of 2021. A version of the internet that is decentralised, open source, and, most importantly, free from Big Tech’s control is referred to as Web 3.0 or Web 3. The Web 3.0 era is only getting started. Similar to Web 2.0, Web 3.0
starts with the abstract idea of exchanging information over an open network and develops into an internet that is more equitable and transparent. Web 3 platforms are therefore frequently associated with blockchain technology which we’ve touched on in previous editions. What Sets Web 3.0 Apart From Earlier Iterations? The most significant advantage of Web 3 is that it seeks to address the most serious issue created by Web 2: private networks gathering customer data that can later be sold to marketers or stolen by hackers.

With over 300 days of direct sunlight per year, shouldn’t we all have solar power? Solar energy is the most common energy source on Earth.
You can use solar energy to power your entire home. Solar energy has a long history. Solar energy is the world’s most popular form of new electricity generation. Solar energy
on location, time of day, time of year and weather conditions. The use of solar energy causes no air or water pollution and no greenhouse gases. Solar energy is free of noise pollution. It has no moving parts and needs no additional fuel, except sunlight, to produce power. One kilowatt hour (kWh) of energy will burn a 100 watt light bulb for 10 hours.
One of the most common uses of solar energy is to use it for lighting, be it indoors or out. The battery chargers can be charged during the day when there is sunlight and can use the stored energy at night. Solar energy uses captured sunlight to create photovoltaic energy (PV) or concentrated solar energy (CSP) for solar heating. This energy conversion allows solar energy to be used to power cars, lights, swimming pools,
does not cause pollution. Solar energy improves global health. That said, are there any downsides? Yes.. Solar does not work at night. Solar panels are not attractive. …
You can’t install a home PV system by yourself. My roof is not suitable for solar energy. Solar energy harms the environment. Not all solar panels are of high quality. In the longer term using solar energy outweighs the negatives. Solar energy is pollution-free and causes no greenhouse gas emissions after installation. Decreased dependence on foreign oil and fossil fuels. Sustainable clean power available every day of the year, even cloudy days will produce some power. Return on investment as opposed to paying for utility bills. The only limitation that solar energy has is that it cannot be used at night, and the amount of sunlight received on Earth depends

These cells don’t need direct sunlight to work they can still generate some electricity on a cloudy day. However we enjoy over 300 days of sunshine in Spain, so we need to do the math!

Life without herbs is not worth living!
Growing herbs in containers or a small space is so easy and who likes springing for a package of herbs from the grocery market every time you need a few sprigs or leaves! The best way to grow herbs, which herbs to plant for a beginner, and a few handy gardening tips will have you off and running. If the meals at your house have been a little bland, fresh herbs can make a huge difference in flavour, they are considered the mark of a serious cook and are essential ingredients in many culinary classics.
Annual herbs such as dill, basil, corriander, and summer savoury are easy to grow from seed. The plants last for one season only so grow plenty of extra to dry or freeze for use over the winter. Once you get used to their flavors you won’t want to cook without them. Perennial herbs include Greek oregano, thyme, sage, winter savory, chives, and mint. Once established in your garden these plants
will increase in size and come back every year. It is fine to have your herbs scattered throughout the landscape—many are as attractive as they are useful—but it is easier for you to harvest them if they are all in one or two spots. You can spend a lot of time planning an elaborate herb garden if you like but you don’t have to. A sunny corner close to the kitchen door is an ideal location and will make it easier for you to step out and snip what you need for the meal you are making. Make sure to monitor your herbs in the early stages of growth in order to find the exact spot they want to flourish.

Golf tips from the “19th Hole!”
It’s been said before, “Golf is a simple game made difficult by those who play it!” Golf is deceptively simple and endlessly complicated. A child can play it well and an adult may never learn it. A single round is full of unexpected triumphs and seemingly perfect shots that turn out to be failure. It is almost a science, and it is, at the same time, an unanswered puzzle. It is rewarding and exasperating; precise and unpredictable. It requires perfect concentration and total relaxation. It satisfies the soul and frustrates the intellect. It is at once rewarding and maddening and, without a doubt, the greatest game ever invented by mankind. So…how do we come to terms with this wonderful game?Golf is a mechanical game –you (the robot) need to present a flat surface to a round surface with unerring regularity. A golf swing is whatever you have developed over the years through Pro lessons, driving range drills, videos, friend’s advice and endless games. You may have any one of a variety of swings – some of the best golfers ever to play the game have had some very strange ways of presenting a flat surface to a round ball. Find your swing, don’t over tamper with it. Sure you should try small tweaks, but not on the course, all that will do is frustrate you even more. Tweaks are for the driving range or back garden. Most of us have an Ipad or mobile phones that have a video capability. Get someone, maybe your partner or a friend to videoy you and your swing. You may be surprised at how you achieve the fundamental exercise of getting a club face to a ball. But once you have gone through the experience spend a little time analyzing the outcome. Don’t try to change too much at the outset but build on what you can. As beforedon’t over tamper.
As we get older our bodies are not as capable of achieving what our brain would like us to do. A few tips that may help with your driver or any wood club. It may also work for your irons.
Grip your driver or 3 wood just a tad down the shaft: that will do three things.
1. You will get better control; many a golf swing is lost at the top of the club head travel and with today’s flexible shafts you cannot be sure just how much flex there is. Even John Daly can’t wrap the club around his neck anymore.
2. You will inevitably create a shorter back swing, no more flopping the club head behind your back.
3. A shorter backswing can, when worked on, producer a flatter swing, the one that with practice might take out that slice or fade and introduce you to a draw. Here’s one you have all been told endlessly SLOW DOWN.
I used to play with a guy back in the UK who had written on the top of his driver club head SLOW DOWN! Guess what it worked! He wasn’t long but more often than not he found the short stuff. Hitting the ball a long way is not all about club head speed, although at the highest levels of the game I will acknowledge it has a significant impact (forgive the pun!). For us mere mortals it is more about timing and body weight transfer. So..spend a little time thinking about your game more, especially when not on the course.
Golf is a game played between the ears, when you have got that part of the process cracked you may find a more relaxing pastime.

Unicornfish
The Unicornfish is a colorful, peaceful species that live in schools. They feed on algae and are closely related to tangs (and surgeonfish). Their horn-like appendage can be upsized when Unicorn fish grow an inch or more long!Unicornfish.
The males tend to be larger than females with longer horns; this makes them perfect for fighting over territory. Their skin isn’t as susceptible to bacteria attacks because of its skin smoothness.
Unicornfish are colorful herbivores that live in warm waters around coral reefs. They can be found anywhere from the Indian Ocean to Pacific Oceans. Two species
dominate Hawaii: a light blue or green color called “Kala” (Naso unicornis) and the Sleek Unicorn with a silver-colored body.
It has since spread as far as the Midlands. As the name suggests, it has long, narrow claws which set it apart from the White Clawed and Signal species.

Top Tips For LOW FAT Cooking
Check the ingredients of cooking fats and look for substitutes...
If you’re used to using animal fats, replace them with margarine– preferably with a “light” or “low-fat” variety.Check the labels choose those that are made with sunflower or canola oil. Instead of using hydrogenated vegetable oils, opt for healthy options like olive, avocado and sunflower oil. Avoid milk and derivatives. Try skim milk or vegetable milks. Instead of frying, try boiling, steaming or baking as many dishes when possible.
When preparing meats, and some vegetables, you can also opt for grilling. Soups: Although we recommend that you only make broth from vegetables, if you choose to make a chicken or beef broth, skim off the layer of fat that usually forms on the surface of the liquid. Wait for the broth to cool completely and
when you can see the solidified fat, skim it off with a spoon or sieve. Another simple trick consists in preparing the broth a day before and freezing them. You’ll be able to remove the fat easily the next day before reheating. Limit stodge and knock up a stirfry. Heat a fry-pan over low heat and when it’s ready, add garlic, onion and other ingredients. Immediately after, splash them with a dash of olive oil and stir for 3 or 5 minutes.

A guy decides to do something nice for his girlfriend before they leave on vacation so he gets her name tattooed on his penis. He comes home and shows it to her. She looks at it and says, “That’s great, sweetie, but what is ‘Wy’?” He tells her to rub it and as she does she sees it actually reads “Wendy.” When they arrive at Montego Bay, the couple are walking along a nude beach and the boyfriend notices a black guy with “Wy” on his penis. He asks the man if he also has a girlfriend named Wendy. The black guy laughs and says, “Nah, mon, mine says ‘Welcome to Jamaica have a nice day.’” **************************************************
A worldwide survey was conducted by the UN. The only question asked was: “Would you please give your honest opinion about solutions to the food shortage in the rest of the world?” The survey was a huge failure. In Africa they didn’t know what “food” meant. In Eastern Europe they didn’t know what “honest” meant. In Western Europe they didn’t know what “shortage” meant. In China they didn’t know what “opinion” meant. In the Middle East they didn’t know what “solution” meant. In South America they didn’t know what “please” meant. And in the USA they didn’t know what “the rest of the world” meant. ***************************************************
Q: Why did the fish blush?
A: Because it saw the ocean’s bottom. **************************************************
Q: If you have 13 apples in one hand and 10 oranges in the other, what do you have?
A: Big hands. **************************************************
There was a papa mole, a momma mole, and a baby mole. They lived in a hole out in the
country near a farmhouse. Papa mole poked his head out of the hole and said, “Mmmm, I smell sausage!” Momma mole poked her head outside the hole and said, “Mmmm, I smell pancakes!” Baby mole tried to stick his head outside but couldn’t because of the two bigger moles. Baby mole said, “The only thing I smell is molasses.”

Husband’s call to his wife: “Honey it’s me. I don’t want to alarm you but I was hit by a car as I was leaving the office. Paula brought me to the hospital. They have checked me over and done some tests and some x-rays. The blow to my head was severe. Fortunately it did not cause any serious internal injury. However I have three broken ribs, a compound fracture in the left leg, and they think they may have to amputate my right foot.”
Wife’s Response: “Who the F##k is Paula?” ***************************************************
A child asked his father, “How were people born?” So his father said, “Adam and Eve made babies, then their babies became adults and made babies, and so on.” The child then went to his mother, asked her the same question and she told him, “We were monkeys then we evolved to become like we are now.” The child ran back to his father and said, “You lied to me!” His father replied, “No, your mum was talking about her side of the family son.” ***************************************************

A married man was having an affair with his secretary. One day, their passions overcame them in the office and they took off for her house. Exhausted from the afternoon’s activities, they fell asleep and awoke at around 8 p.m. As the man threw on his clothes, he told the woman to take his shoes outside and rub them through the grass and dirt. Confused, she nonetheless complied and he slipped into his shoes and drove home. “Where have you been?” demanded his wife when he entered the house. “Darling,” replied the man, “I can’t lie to you. I’ve been having an affair with my secretary. I fell asleep in her bed and didn’t wake up until eight o’clock.” The wife glanced down at his shoes and said, “You liar, look at the state of your shoes! You’ve been playing golf!”
A husband says to his wife, “I bet you can’t tell me something that will make me both happy and angry at the same time.” The wife thinks about it for a few moments and replies, “Your way better in bed than the neighbour!”
During an impassioned sermon about death and final judgement, the pastor said forcefully, “Each member of this church is going to die and face judgement.” Glancing down at the front pew, he noticed a man with a big smile on his face. The minister repeated his point louder. “Each member of this church is going to die and face judgement!” The man nodded and smiled even more. This really got the preacher wound up. He pounded the pulpit emphatically when he came to the ultimatum: “Each member of this church is going to die and face judgement!!!” Though
everyone else in the congregation was looking somber, the man in front continued to smile. Finally the preacher stepped off the platform, stood in front of the man and shouted, “I said each member of this church is going to die!” The man grinned from ear to ear. After the service was over, the preacher made a beeline for the man. “I don’t get it,” the preacher said in frustration. “Whenever I said, ‘Each member of this church is going to die,’ your smile got bigger. Why?” “I’m not a member of this church,” the man replied. **************************************************
A lady comes home from her doctor’s appointment grinning from ear to ear. Her husband asks, “Why are you so happy?” The wife says, “The doctor told me that for a forty-five year old woman, I have the breasts of a eighteen year old.” “Oh yeah?” quipped her husband, “What did he say about your forty-five year old wrinkly old arse?” She said, “Your name never came up in the conversation!”
**************************************************
A man walks into his house drunk with a duck under his arm. He walks up to his wife and says, “ This is the pig I’ve been having sex with for years.” The wife says, “ That’s not a pig. It’s a duck you drunken fool.” The man replies, “I’m not talking to you.” **************************************************
A man is visiting his elderly father in a care home. The man asks how his father is settling in. “Oh, it’s wonderful son, love it here, nurses give us a hot chocolate and a viagra before bed every night”.When, leaving, curious to know about the viagra, he asks a nurse.“Excuse me, my dad told me that you serve him hot chocolate and a viagra before bed every night, why?” “Oh, the hot chocolate is to help them fall asleep, the viagra is to stop them rolling out of bed”!
