A few months ago, we talked about innovation – the need to make progress and accept change to stay relevant and grow in what we do. But, it can be hard to accept change. The things we know and understand always seem easier than taking a chance or facing the unknown.
Those of you who were at Global Rally in Dubai, know that I wasn’t able to join you this year. For me, this was a change that was hard and something that wasn’t taken lightly. Did you know that this is the first Forever Rally I have ever missed? But I assure you, it wasn’t without good reason. Two people who are very important to me weren’t doing very well and Ruth and I made a decision to stay close by as they recover. One of them is a dear friend and has been part of the Forever family since the very beginning. You all know and love Rjay Lloyd. Rjay and I go back a long way. In fact, we went to school together and even dated the same girls! In March, Rjay suffered a stroke. I am happy to share with you that he is recovering well and it won’t be long before he is dancing with you all again at our next event! The other dear friend I mentioned is my baby sister. Sue is battling a serious illness right now. We are hoping and praying for the best, but wanted to be close by in case she and Rjay needed us. As we are confronted with changes and tough decisions, an opportunity arises. For me, not being able to attend Global Rally in Dubai was an opportunity to spend time with those who needed me and to rely on Gregg’s leadership and ability to celebrate your successes – something I knew he would excel at! Gregg is a great son and an incredible leader for our company. I am thrilled at what he is achieving. His double your sales campaign is a great idea, and I encourage you to get on board and promote it in your groups. What a difference it will make if we all do just a little bit more!
Now, I don’t want you to think that I wasn’t celebrating your successes with you from afar! Thanks to technology, I was able to watch the Global Rally livestream from the boardroom each day with some of our dedicated Home Office team – even with the time difference! I have known many of you for so long that to see you achieve a new level in our marketing plan or earn a bigger Chairman’s Bonus check was such a rewarding experience for me and one I was grateful to share with our team here in the office.

A Rally is an adventure I’ve just arrived to the Dubai Rally grinning from ear to ear. A Rally is an adventure in itself - it’s the ultimate expression of what Forever represents. If you have yet to experience a Global Rally, perhaps you haven’t truly grasped what Forever can offer you. It’s not just the party or the opportunity to discover other countries and new cultures, but rather the synergies that are forged at an event with more than 12,000 people. Everyone there wants to know more, wants to share, wants to make the most of it. It is precisely this energy that is produced, that which we take home with us, something that stretches beyond day-to-day life and which we call upon as a souvenir embedded in our memory to relive what truly drives and motivates us. A Forever Global Rally is undoubtedly like no other. Adventures must be experienced first-hand, not vicariously, which is why I urge you all to qualify for the 2018 Rally to be held in Dallas. A Rally that will commemorate a new era at Forever thanks to what will happen and what will be told there. I don’t doubt that qualifying for the Rally is an uphill feat; like any other ambitious undertaking, it requires a lot of effort and dedication, perspective and planning, motivation and persistence. I’m sure that these last words will sound all too familiar. But the fact of the matter is, there aren’t many more. These words will take you to wherever you want to go. A long time has passed since Forever new start employees discovered the road to success; now all we need is people willing to make sense of those well-known skills using more than just their eyes and then put them into action. The tips that we discover at a Rally are countless, new products, different strategies, new IT tools... But this year I discovered two things that define the executive staff at Forever: one being honesty and the other, transparency. Mother Theresa of Calcutta once said “honesty and transparency make you vulnerable”. This “imperfection” is perhaps what will put Forever in touch with more people, what will bridge the gap between us and more people interested in our Aloe Vera and the opportunity we offer. This path towards transparency, towards striving for consistency with what we do, identifying mistakes in order to correct them, recalling the company’s rules over and over again, is what Forever is building to safeguard the future: some may find this new working transformation surprising; others, confusing, but I genuinely believe that this way of approaching the new challenge we face as a company is making Forever thrive. The challenge is to double our current growth: double our size, double as quick, double the amount of distributors, double the number of attendees at a Rally... It is not a matter of doing it all today, but instead making sure the company powers through the next 40 years. In 2018, we will celebrate our 40th anniversary as the largest Aloe Vera company worldwide. In another 40 years time, we will be the company with a business opportunity that is being seized by a record number of people. Does it seem like a wild dream? If so, then it’s a good dream... Payments established at each level will be received by the FBO for three years. Level 1: up to 400€ per month Level 2: up to 600€ per month. Level 3: up to 800€ per month.
GLOBAL RALLY Get at least 1,500 total ccs from 1st January to 31st December 2017, and qualify with all expenses paid by the company, for the spectacular Global Rally 2018, to be held in Dallas, Texas, USA, in April. (You can find more information about this incentive in section 12. Global Rally of the Company Policies.)
EAGLE MANAGER Generate at least 720 total ccs, including 100 ccs minimum from new FBOs sponsored during the incentive period, personally sponsor and develop at least 2 new Supervisors lines and you will qualify for the Eagle Managers Retreat 2018, which will be held in Phoenix, Arizona, USA, from 7th to 13th October 2018. Incentive Period: From 1st May 2017 to 30th April 2018.

EAGLE MANAGER CLUB The aim of this club is to help and train FBOs committed to reach the Eagle Manager Status. In return the FBO will enjoy a number of incentives and privileges as a member.
SUPERVISOR SEMINAR Reach the level of Supervisor and qualify for the next Supervisors Seminar that will be held in Madrid on 9th-10th June 2017.
4 SPONSOR INCENTIVE Sponsor 4 novus FBOs in just one month and get a meeting room rented in a hotel the following month. If you sponsor 8 novus FBOs, you will get 2 meeting rooms. Sponsoring 5 Novus FBOs in 2 consecutive months you will get a meeting room for the following month.
