Corn gruel
Ingredients: 6 tender corn 1 ½ liters of milk 3 cups sugar 3 egg yolks Zest of 1 orange Pinch of cinnamon Preparation: Threshed the corn and blend with milk, sugar and yolks. Strain and kitchen with zest in a saucepan over medium heat. Move constantly until thickened. Serve and garnish with corn kernels or cinnamon.
Infusion of apple with cinnamon
