CRISMOSIL© is an innovative material with a composition of special plaster, iberglass with acrylic resins and other elements that give to the product hardness and strength comparable to the characteristics of an aluminum product. CRISżOSIŻ© is compact, nonporous and ireproof; its technical properties increase the opportunities to face new ideas and projects, properties that at the same time do not damage the environment and make it an organic and recyclable product. In addition to the technical qualities we emphasize the aesthetic: smooth and soft lines, simple and inappreciable at sight. These products may be decorated with acrylic and water-based paints. With this new material BPM Lighting has created a line of products in our lighting ield, with innovative and never seen before design. żuch of these new products are created to integrate into gypsum walls and ceilings where they disappear giving importance to the light and creating a magical effect. To complete this new collection we also introduce larger models with complex shapes and modern designs, thus giving a more dynamic and artistic touch to spaces. With all this we are proposing a new concept of light in architecture where the protagonist is the magic of light.

Class II A Class II or double insulated electrical appliance is one which has been designed in such a way that it does not require a safety connection to electrical earth (US: ground). This is usually achieved at least in part by having two layers of insulating material surrounding live parts or by using reinforced insulation. Retour de la marchandise On acceptera retour de la merchandise uniquement autorisé par BPM Lighting ainsi doit être envoyé par fax ou par mail. Des conditions Dans la même il faut constater le motif du retour, quantité, date d´achat, numero de facture. À tous les retours s’appliquera une dépréciation de de 5% à 25% selon le temps écoulé depuis la vente et le motif du retour. La marchandise doit être retournée dans l´emballage original dans un bon état de conservation. Dans le cas le retour était autorisé par BPM il y a un délai de livraison de 10 jours et les frais par compte du acheteur. BPM n´ admettra pas des retour de marchandise livrée sous 60 jour date facture. BPM n´ admettra pas des retour de marchandise fabriqué expréssement pour l´acheteur (modèle ou couleur enlevés du catalogue. En cas de désaccord entre l´acheteur et BPM les deux parties se soumettrons uniquements aux tribunaux de Valence (Espagne).

Los plazos de entrega son aproximados y sin compromiso, BPMLighting, S.L. no aceptará demandas por daños y perjuicios por la demora de la entrega. ANULACIÓN DE PEDIDOS Las anulaciones de pedidos deberán hacerse por escrito y notiicarse a BPżŻighting, S.Ż. vía fax o e-mail. En caso de que el pedido ya se hubiese enviado, deberán solicitar la devolución del mismo, acogiéndose a las condiciones detalladas en el siguiente apartado. DEVOLUCIÓN DE MERCANCÍA Solo se aceptarán devoluciones que hayan sido autorizadas por BPMLighting, S.L., dicha solicitud deben hacerlas por escrito vía fax. CONDICIONES • En la misma se debe hacer constar el motivo de la devolución, cantidad, estado del material, fecha de compra, nº de factura. • A todas las devoluciones se les aplicará depreciación desde el 5% hasta el 25% según tiempo transcurrido desde la venta y/o motivo de la devolución. • El material deben devolverlo en su embalaje original y en buen estado de conservación. • Si fuera autorizada, BPMLighting, S.L. deberá recibirla en un plazo máximo de 10 días. • Dicha devolución se efectuará a portes pagados a cuenta del cliente. • No se admitirán devoluciones de mercancía de material servido con anterioridad a 60 dias (fecha factura). • No se admitirán devoluciones de material fabricado expresamente para el cliente (modelo o colores fuera de catálogo u otros). En caso de discrepancia entre el comprador y BPMLighting S.L., ambas partes se someterán expresamente a los Juzgados y Tribunales de Valencia.
CANCELLATION OF ORDERS Cancellations of orders must be notiied to BPżŻighting SŻ in writing by fax or e-mail. If the order has already been rent, a request to return the same shall be requested, complying with the conditions detailed in the next section. RETURN OF MERCHANDISE Only returns that have been authorized by BPMLighting Ltd. will be accepted , the request should be made by fax. CONDITIONS • In the request should be stated the reason for the return, quantity, material status, date of purchase, invoice number. • For all returns a deduction from the price will be applied from 5% to 25% according to the time from the sale and / or reason for the return. CONDITIONS • The material must be returned in their original packaging and in good conditions. • If authorized, BPżŻighting SŻ should receive it within 10 days. • The returns shall be prepaid from the customer. • No merchandise returns will be accepted if the material is delivered prior to 60 days (invoice date). • No refunds will be made for customs made models (model or color out of print or others). In case of discrepancy between the buyer and BPMLighting SL, both parties will expressly submit to the Courts of Valencia.
STORNIERUNG VON AUFTRÄGEN Stornierungen von Bestellungen müssen schriftlich erfolgen und an BPMLighting Deutschland GmbH per Fax oder E-Mail mitgeteilt werden. Wenn der Auftrag bereits versendet wurde, muss die Rückgabe beantragt werden, übereinstimmend mit den beschriebenen Bedingungen im nächsten Abschnitt. WARENRÜCKSENDUNG Es werden nur Rücksendungen akzeptiert, die von BPMLighting Deutschland GmbH zugelassen wurden, daher sollte der Antrag schriftlich per Fax erfolgen. BEDINGUNGEN • Im Antrag sollte der Grund für die Rücksendung, Menge, Zustand des Materials , Datum des Kaufes und Rechnungsnummer angegeben werden. • Für alle Rücksendungen werden Abschreibungen von 5% bis 25% vorgenommen, je nach Zeit des Verkaufes und / oder Grund für die Rückgabe. • Das Material muss in der Originalverpackung und in einwandfreiem Zustand zurückgegeben werden. • Wenn die Rückgabe befugt wurde, sollte diese innerhalb von 10 Tagen bei BPMLighting Deutschland GmbH eingehen. • Die Rücksendung erfolgt auf Kosten des Kunden. • Es werden keine Rücksendungen akzeptiert nach 60 Tagen (ab Rechnungsdatum). • Es werden keine Rücksendungen akzeptiert von żaterial, die speziisch für den Client hergestellt wurden (Modell, ausgelaufene Farben oder anderweitiges). Im Falle von Abweichungen zwischen dem Käufer und BPMLighting Deutschland GmbH , unterliegen beide Parteien ausdrücklich der Źustizbehörde von Valencia.

WARUNKI ZWROTU TOWATU · W pi mie nale y podać przyczyny zwrotu, ilo ć, stan zwracanego towaru, data zakupu, numer faktury. · Dla wszystkich zwrotów zastosuje się obni kę warto ci produktów od 5% do 25%, w zale no ci od czasu, jaki upłynął od ich sprzeda y i/lub od motywu zwrotu. Punkt ten jest rozpatrywany indywidualnie. Firmy posiadające umowy z BPż Lighting Polska warunki zwrotów maja okre lone w umowach. · Towar musi być zwrócony w oryginalnym opakowaniu i w dobrym stanie i nie posiadać naklejek, oznaczeń, kodów odbiorcy - klienta. · Źe li zwrot był natychmiastowy, BPM Lighting Polska musi go otrzymać najpó niej w terminie maksymalnym 14 dni od daty odbioru przesyłki od kuriera. · Koszty realizacji zwrotu w przypadku z winy klienta ponosi sam klient irmy BPM Lighting Polska w innych przypadkach koszt le y po stronie BPM Lighting Polska. · Zwroty towarów nie będą przyjmowane gdy czas od ich zakupu (decyduje data wystawienia faktury) przekroczy 45 dni i nie zostanie wcze niej zgłoszony do BPż Żighting Polska. W przypadku rozbie no ci pomiędzy kupującym a BPż Żighting Polska będą one rozstrzygane przez sąd wła ciwy dla siedziby BPM Lighting Polska.
