OPEN HOUSES: We sell many homes per year at open houses. While many may tell you that they don't believe in hosting open houses, we have many clients that are glad that we did.

Any Realtor wishing to show your home to potential buyers will contact our professional call center to schedule the appointment. The call center will then contact you by phone, email or text message to arrange the showing. You and your Realtor will also be sent a notification via email once the appointment is confirmed. After a Realtor completes the showing of your home they will immediately be sent an email requesting feedback directly related to your home.
This feedback will be sent to you as it is submitted by the showing agent giving you instantaneous knowledge of the buyer’s opinion of your home.
AGENT TOUR:
Our company’s Agent Tour allows our agents to personally tour your home and offer feedback and possible suggestions to assist with the sale of your home. This also allows time for your listing agent to showcase your home to other Realtors that may have a buyer looking for a home just like yours. Your agent will share the feedback with you after the tour.
As part of our initiative to reduce the use of paper in our offices and make the real estate process easier for our clients, we have launched an initiative with dotloop.com.

Each year, St . Louis magazine teams with Crescendo Business Services to find which real estate agents have wowed their clients consistently.
