We are in London realizing a refined and sophisticated design house, situated on four floors consisting of various spaces: living room, dining room, kitchen, bedrooms, relaxation areas, bathrooms, spa, swimming pool, yoga room, aquarium. All this followed by carefully chosen wooden materials such as eucalyptus, louro preto, walnut, maple and Zebrano; metal with various finishes; black lacquered glass; backlight panels and even rice paper. In these pages we will show you photographic documentation of situations when work was still in progress.

We provide all the wiring necessary for all technical services in the furniture; the creations comply with all the rules on fire safety.

Even light is research. The lighting was subject of our research and study. All lights are realized in accordance with the designer’s team through preparing specific samples. Light becomes an integral part of the furnishing, emphasising the shapes. It never interferes, as a protagonist or as a single most important element. Instead, it becomes a result of a constant research both from the aesthetic and technical point of view. All elements of this project are electrified and equipped with technical compartments and inspection for transformers and junctions.

Swimming pool and spa areas need the highest possible level of humidity protection, so we use water repellent materials. Stainless steel is AISI316 and electrical installations and lighting devices have the IP44 degree of protection. One out of three pieces of furniture has, or is, an electrical device with specific function of high technological content; all of it is characterized by high durability.

3 1) Structural load-bearing walls. In the bedroom, the walnut back wall is a load-bearing element. In this case, the furniture becomes structural. All soundproofing measures have been applied. All materials are certified fireproof. Headboard is in full-grain leather.

2) The design is interpreted with our various technical solutions. In this detail of the wardrobe the lines have been reproduced with metal profiles perfectly inserted in the wood.

3) Back of the bed in Zebrano. Drawer with opening groove is an integral part of the overall design.

4) Kitchen area: design and technical integration. Everything is created in terms of functionality and efficiency. We covered ventilation system ducts by a special ceiling able to accommodate technical services such as networks, lighting, security ...

The designer successfully combined an unusual range of materials such as leather, wood, burnished brass and stone, putting them all in perfect balance The light looking shelves, bearing heavy load of books, was a challenge. The solution was reached by casing high capacity plugs into the wall on one side, and into the reinforced shelf core on the other side. The matching of the holes on the shelf side with wall plugs had to be perfect without room for minimum error. We provided the installation crew with disposable templates and all the fixtures were perfectly aligned.

The wine cellar is in the stone wall with everything visible and within reach situated at the end of the corridor with wooden flooring, this elegant wine cellar is protected by smoked amber-coloured glass. Seven horizontal bottle racks against sophisticated stone cladding. The uprights skilfully shaped to follow the lines of the wall, contain well calibrated leds to illuminate the labels of selected bottles of wine.

Silky semi-gloss lacquer and soft multi-coloured reflections on two concentric squares make the wall look like a gigantic chinese box.

This rich and enchanting front opens to the perfectly arranged area with clothes rails, drawers and shelves carefully made in order to offer the maximum function. The automatic lighting and numerous technical components makes it’s use easy and comfortable. In spite of the huge dimensions and weight, the door opens with a gentle finger touch, friendly adapting to your action. Only the four pairs of gold finished handles reveal the real function of what at the first glance seems as an elegant boiserie.

We customize everything, even an individual knob or handle. This is only one example of how important the term “custom made” is for us.

Subdivision of internal space dictated irrational and uneven front aesthetics. But that was exactly the reason this piece became the most precious for the owner, since he was involved actively also in the creative process of the design. It was the client who chose drawer knobs, and since he liked three different types, we incorporated all three in the project. Another important element was the internal wood finish, a personal touch of the designer in order to highlight the content.

ELEGANT ART DECO’ This sophisticated apartment at Burlington arcade, in the very heart of London, was intended both for work and living. The location of the site, Mayfair district just next to the green area of Hyde Park, with stylish Georgian residence architecture, was the context where the designer Maria Tsyganok developed this project. She redesigned the bases of art deco’ according to current trends. This whole project was fully developed, produced and installed by Tempora Arredamenti.

The project integrates modern and classical design rigorously using marked geometrical shaping interspersed by vast curved lines. We had to deal with fully functional environments with pre existing items: lighting, air conditioning, heating, alarm system and home automation devices. There was also a functional bio-ethanol fireplace in the living room, and most of the walls had niches and recesses of various dimensions. Maria Tsyganok used a template from Tempora Arredamenti‘s boiseries catalog as guide line of this project. The black geometric lines create the composite frame subdivided by naturally varnished rosewood inserts, and together with square ivory microfiber sections, invoke the very essence of art deco’.

All installation systems have been perfectly integrated in the boiserie with masonry wall inserts, making invisible technical elements. None of which had to be excluded or displaced due to the new design. The careful choice of materials, such as

marble wall insert above the fireplace as well as numerous luminous reflections of gold and silver applied by galvanic baths, gives this home a touch of timeless elegance. In the bedroom, the brightness of the panoramic window is amplified by placing the huge back mirror composed of bevelled rectangular inserts, all in frame of eucalyptus. We opted for the glossy finish which created the designed environment “look dynamic”, out of ordinary and sophisticted. On the side wall we proposed the boiserie with microfiber upholstered inserts, matching the design of the headboard. You can hardly notice the air vents located in the horizontal strip right under the ceiling and skilfully hidden behind the varnished metal grid.

The corridor before and after. This originally anonymous passage has been transformed into an elegant environment, more functional, due to the creation of wardrobe storages and visually enlarged by the use of huge side mirrors with geometric diamond-shape decorations. All the wardrobes in this corridor, as well as the ones in the bathroom, are custom made. They are illuminated internally and have drawers, shelves and compartments designed perfectly to keep everything accessible and out of sight.

The niche is now transformed into a large wardrobe, camouflaged in the glossy black lacquered boiserie. Also take a look at the two charming lamp bases, generated from the modern column with the golden leaf finish.

Modern times in the kitchen. A silver thread characterizes the contemporary design realized by Nataliya Khushnetdinova in her conceptual kitchen project. Black lacquered wood in combination with canaletto walnut appears to be the central position of the hood breaking the overall horizontal linearity. The two lateral cabinets have smoked glass fronts, and the worktop is made of composite quartz with miniature silver fragments, matching silver strip visible in the interior part of the grooves.

Obviously, the design is always coordinated with the room or the home furniture, in order to achieve the perfect integration with the surrounding.

A dressing room in the niche This is the example how minimum space can become comfortable and functional. It is located in the entrance hall of a prestigious house. Externally it looks like an elegant antique wall mirror, divided in four vertical segments in a champagne finished metal frame. These mirrors corresponds to two large folding doors that, once opened, reveal a wardrobe with everything at hand: from clothes rails, sweater and shoe compartments to bag sections and trinket trays.

AMERICAN STYLE KITCHEN IN MOSCOW Studio “Barrok casa”, designers V. Leonov and A. Terentyev . We furnished the whole residence, a majestic space with 3.70m ceiling height, with completely custom made furniture and equipment. This is the main kitchen, it has everything to satisfy all needs for professional or amateur chef. The central part of this space is reserved for the island transformed into support table for informal food and wine tasting. The designer’s choice was mat ivory lacquered wood, canaletto walnut with semi-gloss varnish, hand carved wood capitals, grips and silver plated metal grills.

4 PRODUCTION WORKING DRAWINGS and BILLS OF MATERIALS

The acceptance drawings turn into production working drawings and bills of materials after being properly examined and corrected.

5 PRE-ASSEMBLY and PAINTING All components will be pre-assembled and then their surfaces will be finished.

6 SHIPPING and ASSEMBLY The secure and orderly packages will be shipped. The goods will be provided with assembly instructions and a maintenance kit.

1 Quotation The starting point of our work is the designer’s request to create the interior design project. That request is followed by someone technically capable and able to provide expert and flexible advice. The person who draws up the estimate is not only a “sales person”, but is an expert and competent technician who is able to understand if something can be done and how to do it. Your ideas need this in order to be realized. It is only in this way that we can provide you with a customized estimate, certainty regarding the results and frankness regarding accomplishment and assembly time schedule. We will try to best interpret drawings and sketches and to understand your needs while trying also to meet them in terms of attaining economic objectives.

2 Contract confirmation | survey Our quotation contains the description of all productional characteristics and details. The customer signs this document as a guarantee of mutual commitment. At this point we take millimetric measurements of the complete space subject to the contract. This will set the foundation for the “well done” job. During this step we invite all interested parties (customer, designer and production management) to partecipate in the on-site meeting in order to immediately discuss all technical aspects of the furnishing, including the assembly.

Drawings, samples and acceptance At this stage we generate the working drawing meant for the production, equiped with the legend of the materials and finishes. We create a virtual 3D prototype of the space, together with all the elements of the furnishing that we are responsible for. That way we will be able to pinpoint and resolve every possible critical issue, including those related to the installations (lighting, hydraulics, air conditioning, automation and so on). This delicate phase is supported by the preparation of all the samples and models of the most significant parts necessary to imagine the entire project. Each and every sample and model are evaluated and, if necessary, modified until the full acceptance.

4 Executive drawings and Bill Of Materials Once the drawings are accepted and confirmed, we move to the next stage which is generating executive drawings. A detailed Bill Of Materials (lists of materials that form the component) is associated to drawings. Drawings and BOM will be the DNA of every singular item we will produce.
