Training Products & Services

Our innovative fleet risk and driver training solutions help fleets ensure legal compliance, improve driver competence and reduce operating costs.

Pulse

PULSE is a comprehensive and actionable fleet risk health check, covering policies, drivers, vehicles and journeys. This is an ideal way to kick-start a full appraisal of the organization's approach to driver risk, or a means of re-calibrating an existing driver risk program that has not been reviewed for a significant period.

There is also a strong educational aspect to a fleet health check, highlighting good practice and areas for improvement – in particular where there are indications that you are not conforming to legal requirements. It also brings a new focus on driver risk management in your business.

Driver Risk Assessments

Assess your drivers’ risk based on the vehicle they drive, rather than with a one-size fits all approach. We provide dedicated assessments for drivers of light vehicles, vans, heavy trucks and passenger carrying vehicles.

Assessments are a cost-effective and accessible way to check your company drivers’ risks, whilst keeping downtime to a minimum. The Assessment Report deals with the driver’s situation and history and the second part of the assesses knowledge on a range of subjects to give a final overview score indicating your drivers potential exposure to risk.

Online Assessments

Our online assessments focus on a driver’s situation, history and knowledge with questions related to the type of vehicle they drive for work. Many factors are considered, and the resulting report delivers a comparison with current best practice for the vehicle type.

eLearning

Current research emphasizes the advantages of regular 15-2 minute, bite-sized eLearning modules that can be completed easily on a range of IT platforms.

Our Learning and Development experts have taken a fresh approach to the design of each module, introducing gamification, questions for reflection and a final module assessment consisting of eight questions to test your knowledge.

E-Learning modules are targeted interventions designed to support your drivers and help them improve their knowledge in relation to reducing driving risk. The driver’s knowledge is tested again at the end of each module to ensure learning has taken place and allows for a second attempt at the questions.

On-Road Training

The main aim of our on-road sessionsis to be informative and helpful, at the same time as being enjoyable and fun – after all, we want you to learn new skills and techniques.

We offer a range of on-road courses for maximum impact on driver safety and performance. Our courses reinforce the fact drivers not only need to possess the knowledge and skills for driving, but also the ability to self-evaluate how life and work issues can cause a change in their driver behavior and increase personal risk. All on road courses are designed with reference to international best practice models, such as those produced by the UK Fleet Operator Recognition Scheme (FORS).
