Unlike many other platforms, we use a simple to understand “traffic-light” system accessible maps and gamification to communicate with drivers, giving them the opportunity to drill down into the causes of the events they experience then access simple self-coaching tips to help them manage their own safety. Drivers can also compare their performance with their colleagues, bringing an element of healthy competition and incentivizing good habits with badges, trophies and awards.

The App can be used on a mobile phone or tablet installed in the vehicle. This can be provided by the company at the beginning of the shift, or the driver can use their own mobile device. Also, the app used for in cab coaching and telematics, is the same one that drivers will use to gather their after trip information and safety scores. We have also developed special features that are unique to the App only solution, such as voice and visual alerts on the smartphone screen and different driving modes to address privacy concerns. Lets take a look at what the drive app looks like in a real life situation…

Fast and easy to deploy:

Fleet Perfomance Metrics

Drive Safe gives Fleet Managers all the data they need to manage both safety and costs in dashboards that are easy to access and use, even on-the-move. Fleets will achieve significant reductions in incidents and costs, while suffering no loss in performance. Drivers and riders will be more relaxed and engaged and their performance will improve, enhancing company image and efficiency.

• Easy to use

• "At-a Glance" fleet monitoring via KPIs, snapshots & trends

Live maps and trips history

• Hot-spot analysis to identify high-risk areas and drivers

• Full drill-down to the teams, vehicle & user level

• Real- time alerts and ToDo list

• Extensive reporting and analytics

Drive Safe also gives Fleet Managers the option to set geofences based on heat maps that show concentrations of incidents. Alerts can be set that will warn drivers of high-risk areas as they approach them. This feature transforms “near miss” reporting into notification of “potential harm events”. Roadworks, traffic patterns and density, surface conditions and lighting, signage and road markings can all be included in reporting where they lead to increased risk for drivers. When this is added to the data from the system for both safety events and vehicle performance, this will provide one of the most detailed and useable fleet performance maps on the market
