Vehicle Traffic Changes: Access to Clubhouse only via Parliament Place; Fullerton Road/Anderson Bridge Permanently Closed from 30 December 2021.

Please note that from 30 December 2021, vehicle access to the SCC Clubhouse is now only via Parliament Place. This is following the news announcement on 5 November 2021 by the Land Transport Authority (LTA), in partnership with the National Parks Board (NParks) and the Urban Redevelopment Authority (URA), about Connaught Drive and Anderson Bridge being fully pedestrianised to further enhance the walkability of the Civic District.

Anderson Bridge/Fullerton Road

• Anderson Bridge/Fullerton Road was physically closed on 30 December 2021, 12am. • There will be reconfiguration works at the junctions of Parliament Place/St Andrew’s Road, Fullerton Road/ Connaught Drive and Fullerton Road/Esplanade Drive to facilitate future pedestrianisation plans. • To maintain accessibility within the Civic District, Parliament Place has now been reopened to all vehicular traffic from 30 December 2021.

Connaught Drive

• The bus stop BS 02029 along Connaught Drive was closed on 26 December 2021 and relocated to Esplanade Drive. Bus services 75, 100, 107, 130, 131 and 167 which previously stopped at the Connaught Drive bus stop have been diverted to ply Esplanade Drive instead. • Connaught Drive was physically closed on 30 December 2021, 12am.

Vehicular Access to SCC Clubhouse

• Vehicular Access to the Clubhouse is now only via Parliament Place road, which in turn can be accessed via North

Bridge Road or High Street. • Please refer to the map below for more information.
