The Sketch The processes of sketch has become a powerful tool for me as i advance in my architectural education. Far from becoming a comfortable tool, the art of sketching has become a daunting task. I found sketching this model restful. She carried herself in a quite way. The sketches were very fast, around five minutes, but i found a freedom in that. No sketch could become too precious.

2h pencil I took all my dogs out at 4 am to the Sandia mountains. We hiked up in the icy air. There wasnâ&#x20AC;&#x2122;t a sound around us, except our foot steps and the heavy breathing of the dogs.

Making time for sketching can be difficult in architecture school so i set out to make any moment i had to draw and sketch. This was a rare moment of downtime between all the classes i have on a Wednesday.

The Digital Side As a student i have always struggled with digital media. As an architect (student) i realize that all of my designs are fictitious and the only way i can convey my self, and my designs is through mixed media, and that includes digital. I am excited where my digital media exploration has lead me and look forward to a future filled with realized designs through representation.
