Biomethane System Entry Point Metering Adjustment Quantities

12.2 Where pursuant to a Network Entry Agreement at a BSEP there is an adjustment to the BSEP Metered Quantity for a Gas Flow Day:

(a) The Operator and the relevant Delivery Facility Operator shall determine the “BSEP

Adjustment Quantity” in accordance with the terms of the Network Entry Agreement; and

(b) either paragraph 12.3 or paragraph 12.4 shall apply as the circumstances require.

Treatment of System Entry Point Adjustment Quantities

12.3 Where a meter error at a BSEP and/or a TSEP is identified before M+6 the Operator shall adjust the Aggregate NDM Reconciliation Quantity and determine the final Daily Quantities pursuant to Section D.

12.4 Where a meter error at a BSEP and/or TSEP is identified after M+6 the Operator shall notify Users (and the Transporter) and determine appropriate steps to reconcile the quantity and associated Distribution Charges in consultation with the Transporter, Users and the Authority. Any such reconciliation steps will be advised to Users with reasonable advance notice before implementation.

13 Adjustments

13.1 Following resolution of a relevant Invoice Query:

(a) no adjustment shall be made to the calculation of EUC(AAQ)s in respect of any prior Billing Period for the purposes of Aggregate NDM Reconciliation; and

(b) any adjustment to the calculation of Reconciliation Quantities or Reconciliation Commodity Charges shall be first accounted for in the next Billing Period.

13.2 For the purposes of paragraph 13.1 a "relevant Invoice Query" is an invoice query which disputes the proper calculation of Aggregate Reconciliation Quantities or Aggregate Reconciliation Commodity Charges.
