10 Supply Meter Point Withdrawal
9A.4 Where the Preferred User is the Commissioning User any subsequent Supply Meter Point Registration of the New Domestic Meter Point shall be in accordance with paragraphs 6 to 9 (inclusive).
9A.5 Where the Default User is not the Chosen User the Chosen User may become the Registered User of a New I&C Meter Point, subject to and in accordance with paragraphs 6 to 9 (inclusive).
9A.6 Where the Chosen User is the Default User, any subsequent Supply Meter Point Registration of the New I&C Meter Point shall be in accordance with paragraphs 6 to 9 (inclusive).
9A.7 The Operator and Users shall each comply with the New Domestic Connection Procedures and the New I&C Connection Procedures.
10 Supply Meter Point Withdrawal
10.1 In order for a User to cease to be the Registered User in respect of a Supply Meter Point:
(a) a User must submit, or be deemed in accordance with paragraph 9.7(b) to submit, a request ("Supply Meter Point Withdrawal") for withdrawal; and
(b) the Supply Meter Point Withdrawal must become effective, in accordance with this paragraph 10.
10.2 The Registered User in respect of a Supply Meter Point (the "Withdrawing Supply Meter Point") may at any time submit to the Operator a Supply Meter Point Withdrawal specifying:
(a) the identity of the User (the "Withdrawing User");
(b) the Supply Meter Point Reference Number of the Supply Meter Point (the "Withdrawing Supply Meter Point"); and
(c) the address and post code of the Withdrawing Supply Meter Point.
10.3 Where a User submits a Supply Meter Point Withdrawal the User is obliged to secure Disconnection of the Withdrawing Supply Meter Point except for instances where the Supply Meter Point is subject to a Supply Meter Point Confirmation.
10.4 Where a Withdrawing Supply Meter Point is comprised in a Proposed Supply Meter Point for which the Supply Meter Point Confirmation becomes effective, the Operator will so notify the Withdrawing User not later than 2 Business Days after the date on which it is known that the Supply Meter Point Confirmation will become effective.
10.5 A Supply Meter Point Withdrawal shall become effective only where the Withdrawing Supply Meter Point either is subject to a Supply Meter Point Confirmation or has been Disconnected; and the date with effect from which the Supply Meter Point Withdrawal is effective shall be the Supply Meter Point Registration Date or the date of such Disconnection.
