For salad: 1 bunch kale 1 cup walnuts 1 red bell pepper, chopped 2 cups mandarin orange slices 1/3 cup cilantro, chopped For dressing: 1 cup cherry tomatoes 1 ½ cup mango
Instructions
Wash, de-stem, and finely chop the kale. Add the kale, along with the rest of the ingredients, to a large salad bowl and mix well. Add the dressing ingredients and mix well again.
