Two key toxins found in fragrances are parabens and phthalates. These toxins can lead to hormone disruption, as well as cause damage to internal organs. One way to avoid exposure to these toxins is to either buy natural cleaning products free of these ingredients—or make your own! Cleaning products can be made with a few basic household ingredients and essential oils. These DIY products will not only eliminate strong toxins from entering your home, but will help to provide a healthier home environment for you and your family.
