Lavender Rose Bath Soak Ingredients: 3 drops orange 2 cups Epsom salts essential oil 15 drops of lavender essential oil Handful of dried rose petals 10 drops of rose Handful of lavender flowers essential oil

RECIPE RAW CASHEW YOGURT Ingredients: 1 cup raw cashews (soaked overnight) ¼ cup lemon juice ¼ cup coconut oil 1 tablespoon vanilla
Honey to taste 1 tablespoon probiotic powder
Put all ingredients in a high-speed blender. Let sit loosely covered in a dark area for 24-48 hours to let probiotic cultures form. Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
