Shangri-La Jakarta became the night’s highlight by winning 5 awards: SATOO (first winner in Best International Restaurant category), Margaux (first winner in Best Fine-Dining Restaurant category), Shang Palace (second winner in Best Chinese Restaurant Category), Nadaman (third winner in Best Japanese Restaurant category), Nadaman Kobe Beef (fifth winner in Best Dish category). The event took place in Moroccan House, Menteng.

The American Academy of Hospitality Sciences - USA Five Star Diamond Award 2005 – hotel’s overall excellence in service and outstanding commitment to hospitality.
