What sets your team apart within the local catering industry? We often are asked what our company’s food “personality” is, and when it comes to weddings, our goal is to let the personality of the couple shine through the menu – after all, it is supposed to be all about them and not us. We spend a significant amount of time learning about our couples’ food taste and curating a unique menu for their big day.

How can you upscale traditional, casual Southern faves? Upscaling food is all about presentation! For example, one of our most popular stations is a fried chicken carving station. By adding a chef and a heat lamp, the presentation of the chicken is significantly elevated. Throw in some spiced honey, scratch-made buttermilk biscuits and our pimento cheese and bacon jam, and you can’t lose! We also try to avoid chafers as much as possible and serve hot food in enamel pots with lids, cast-iron skillets or other creative alternatives.
