FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE PROGRAMS Financial assistance is available for eligible residents. Contact the Township for details. • Emergency Assistance – for life threatening circumstances or to offset work-related expense to maintain employment • General Assistance – for basic living maintenance needs on a monthly basis

PROPERTY TAX ASSESSMENTS The Township Assessor values all new construction, ensures existing property is assessed at market value and assures similar properties are valued in a uniform manner. Senior Citizens, Veterans and Disabled homeowner tax exemptions may be available to you. To see if you qualify, go to the Township website or call (847) 639-2700 x5. Township household, small appliances, and oil. • Township Shuttle Service: Provides rides within the Township to those in need. $2.00 one-way/$4.00 round-trip. Bus has room for up to 2 wheelchairs.
