A Prosecutor, Not A Politician. • Build a tough, vigorous prosecution staff representing victims, citizens and law enforcement with honest and open communication • Champion victim’s rights in domestic violence and property crimes • Utilize training for law enforcement – including use of body and dash cams to solidify cases and prevent costly civil suits • Create a working partnership and encourage collaboration with business and community leaders on ways to improve the operation of the DA’s office • Pursue prosecutions that promote rehabilitation and create productive citizens, not just an exploding prison population of first-time, non-violent offenders

Dedicated. Accountable. Professional. Fair. These are the values that will guide Allan Grubb’s actions as our District Attorney. Allan Grubb’s primary goal as district attorney will be prosecution that leads to a safer community. Allan Grubb will be an advocate for criminal justice reform, ensuring dangerous offenders are placed behind bars while nonviolent offenders are punished in a more cost-effective manner. He’ll demand stricter probation requirements for nonviolent offenders, so they learn to become productive members of society instead of repeat offenders, saving taxpayer dollars and increasing public safety. Allan Grubb will seek the death penalty for murder cases that are deserving. He will work to efficiently resolve cases and limit costly trials. As District Attorney, Allan Grubb will be accessible to the community and listen to their concerns and ideas. He will work with the citizens to find solutions.

On Nov. 6, Vote Allan Grubb for District Attorney. “Allan Grubb is intentional about connecting people who battle addiction and mental illness with treatment and mental health care while diligently prosecuting offenders who pose a danger to society. I support Allan in his bid for District Attorney because addressing root causes connected with antisocial behavior leads to safer neighborhoods, stronger families and improved quality of life for all Oklahomans.” – H. “I’ve known Terry Hopkins since I’ve had teeth. One thing I know about Terry Hopkins is, he’s not going to cower to leadership in either party. He’s going to go up there and do what is the right thing for the people of district 26 and the state of Oklahoma. We need more leadership like that.”

Governor Brad Henry The education of our children here in Oklahoma is an issue of paramount importance if we care to solidify the future for the next generation and afford them the same opportunities with which we have been blessed. You should know that Oklahoma’s educational system ranks near the bottom when compared to the rest of the country. It seems to me that too many legislative decisions have been made in regard to education with little regard for the long term effects and consequences. I believe Terry Hopkins to be an honorable man with a heart for service and with a passion to improve the qual-

ity of education in our state. Terry is retired and does not need the job. He is running for the right reasons ... to serve our district and work tirelessly to improve the quality of life in our state. I am confident that his voting and lobbying efforts as our State Representative will be made with the state’s best interests in mind and not with ulterior motives for re-election. This is why I will be voting for Terry Hopkins on November 6th for State Representative for House District 26.

I am a retired dentist. I don’t want a new career or a fancy title. I am running because I want to help the people of Shawnee. Every issue crippling Oklahoma is solvable. But in order to solve our problems we have to talk to each other. We have to work across party lines and use common sense to find real solutions. We have to stop electing politicians who only play follow the leader — who vote lock, stock and barrel with their party leaders at every turn. If we don’t make this change, nothing that matters will change. As your representative, I WILL LISTEN TO YOU. You will have my phone number. I will not close my door when you come to talk. I will cast every vote based on what I believe is right for Oklahoma. I will work with legislators from both parties and will be willing to buck the system and take a stand. Because I don’t need this job. I don’t want this title. I JUST WANT TO HELP YOU.

Our Voice. Our Representative.

Zack Taylor Our Voice

Zack Taylor went to the State Capitol last year after winning a special election, and he didn't waste any time speaking up for what we care about most. He said we need to fund education, increase teacher pay, and get our economy moving again. Today, all of those things have happened: Zack Taylor helped pass the largest teacher pay increase in state history, and he supported pro-business policies that helped jump-start our economy.

Our Representative When we have a problem, Zack Taylor helps find a solution. Seminole Public Schools had a big problem earlier this year: a large oil company wanted to charge the district $100,000 to relocate a pipeline. Zack Taylor spent a lot of time negotiating with the oil company, who finally agreed to waive the fee--saving the school district big money. Whether the problem is large or small, Zack Taylor is always ready to help us. He's our Representative. Devoted husband and father Successful small businessman 100% Pro-life

“When I won the special election just last year to serve as your state representative, I was humbled by the trust I was given. I went right to work trying to solve some of the worst problems our state has ever seen. The career politicians had really made a mess of things.
