Page 1

For the past 150 years, Shaw University has remained an anchor in Raleigh’s ever changing downtown community. Rich in history, the true wealth of the institution lies in its thriving spirit and longstanding commitment to educating our leaders of tomorrow. The 150th Anniversary Gala will celebrate the many milestones and accomplishments that have played an important role in our rich history. You can take your place at the table among philanthropists, alumni, community leaders, and friends as a sponsor. Your sponsorship of this event will help provide scholarships for need-based and first-generation college students. As an event sponsor, you will receive special event access designed to fit your interests while philanthropically supporting future generations of Shaw University students. For more information about the 150th Anniversary Gala, contact the Office of Institutional Advancement at 919.546.8260 or visit www.shawu.edu/150.
