Active Automation isn’t just athletic wear but rather it is active wear with a new purpose. This purpose is the introduction of smart fabrics. Brands and consumers are constantly getting more conscious of what the sell or buy and are trying to control their impact on the environment. This is where smart fabric comes into play. Being more focused on genderless silhouettes, smart textiles can help improve our movements and performance in life. Examples of the uses of these materials would be materials that respond to muscle motion or regulate the temperature of our body. Climate change is changing the way designers think and is driving innovation in protective and practically textiles. Smart fabrics enhance overall functionality of apparel in many ways. It can communicate, transform, and grow for our bodies. These enhanced textiles are outlandish and functional take on what clothes can truly be.
