The ISF Shelter Program TARGET:
104,000 ISFs residing along waterways and other danger areas
The purpose is not only to resettle or provide ISFs in danger areas safe & humane housing close to their livelihood but to also contribute in the effort to reduce flooding in Metro Manila

For this ambitious project to succeed, it is imperative that we encourage many actors to get involved, especially the PRIVATE SECTOR
BRINGING DOWN THE COST... The program has become very flexible. The cost of land may not be recovered from the beneficiaries. “We are trying to craft a system where the permits and documentation will be done by us and you the developers will merely acquire and develop the site and construct the buildings, and get paid for it.�

Monthly amortization (graduated scheme, up to 30 yrs, around 10% increase per year up to the 11th year): – NHA off-city: P 200 first year – People’s Plan (in-city): P 900 first year
