HOUSING ROADMAP VISION STATEMENT
Every Filipino Family has the right to live with dignity in the comfort of one’s own home, regardless of economic status. With full government support, the housing industry envisions to eliminate the housing backlog by the year 2030.
COMMITMENTS OF THE HOUSING SECTOR

OBJECTIVE 4 – IMPROVEMENT OF HOUSING REGULATORY ENVIRONMENT Partnership with other government agencies in data generation and monitoring Environment-friendly technologies (AITECH Accreditation) Recognition of the effects of climate change (active relocation of those living in danger areas, advance preparation in case of calamities or emergency situations) Harmonization of laws and Issuances affecting Housing Active participation in the Legislative Process
