INDULGE AND RELAX There is an unrivalled opportunity to have exclusive use of the open-air roof top pool at Thermae Bath Spa. Getting here BY RAIL There are regular train services direct from London Paddington and Waterloo to Bath, with an average journey time of around 90 minutes. Bristol Temple Meads, just 15 minutes away by train, is also a major hub for travel to all other parts of the country. The American Museum in Britain has the finest collection of Americana outside the United States. The hilltop site of the museum’s home, Claverton Manor built in 1820, is located in an area of outstanding natural beauty and takes full advantage of the spectacular views over the valley of the River Avon. The museum and grounds offer a unique setting for both corporate and private events within the manor or garden where a marquee can be placed on the South Lawn. The newly extended and award winning Orangery is available for private use as well as the ingeniously refurbished Stables & Coach House opened in 2011. The Stables, with its own audio visual equipment, offers a striking space for lectures, exhibitions or indeed dining and is complimented by the flexible space available in the adjacent Coach House.

The Assembly Rooms is also home to the Fashion Museum, one of the world’s finest collections of fashionable dress. At the centre of a World Heritage Site, the Roman Baths and Pump Room is one of the most delightful historic buildings in the country. Dating back nearly 2000 years, the Roman Baths offer a unique atmosphere for a drinks reception. Up to 300 guests may mingle beside the torch-lit and steaming waters of the Great Bath. A dinner for up to 200 guests may follow in the elegant Georgian Pump Room or, for a smaller event, guests may dine on the Terrace overlooking the Roman Baths. Two more intimate period rooms with views across to Bath Abbey are also available for hire. We take great pride in all our events, and this is evident in our dedication and professional service. Our acclaimed caterers, Searcys, offer innovative food of the highest quality, using locally sourced ingredients wherever possible.

Guildhall - Situated in the city centre, the Guildhall, with its imposing façade, is a masterpiece of neo-classical decoration.
